Just spent a weekend at Upasana Ecoresort with my whole family.It is a beautiful little place tucked away in the suburb of Bolpur. The staff are courteous and efficient which was very helpful for our large group of 24...ages ranging from 8 to 80.The rooms including the toilets were spacious and clean and the food was quite tasty. The little temple in the property added to the ambience of the well maintained compound. Perfect for a weekend getaway and would love to revisit the place sometime soon.

This serene and beautiful resort came as a pleasant surprise to us when we stayed between 11-13 Dec . Rooms - Neat , clean with all modern accessories Food - breakfast, lunch , dinner- all has been cooked with homemade touch and we just can’t stop licking our fingers ; addition being Khejurer Rosh in the morning Location- perfect location to be outside the hustle and bustle of the city Ambience - it’s like your bungalow with neatly done decorations. Please do not miss out the mementos almirah in the dining/ reception area - full of surprises and a cosy library corner . Additional surprise- owner Mr Deep who will personally meet you during your stay . Highly recommended

It was very nice stay with my two babies. We two families were there for my husband's birthday celebration. We enjoyed a lot. Once u reach there u just no need to worry for anything . The stuffs are so well ethicated & understand your concern that they will stand behind you for your all need. Mr. Deepnarayan Dutta is staying there & have look for every thing which made our stay much comfortable. I must take Pallav's name, he is all in all taking care of & a very nice boy . They fullfill all your needs with a smile. They even arrange a big cake for my hubby's birthday night. The BBQ was very tasty & the authentic bengali food I had first time so delicious even less oily less spicy but very tasty. My babies were even happy with food with stuffs & the play area. The place was well ventilated and clean rooms, beds, bathrooms. And a big balcony for seating. There are no prohibition for going anywhere in the property. It's away from home a sweet nice home. This is an ideal destination for a weekend trip from Kolkata. Once you reach to this resort, you can just laze around for a couple of days, soak the rustic countryside atmosphere and get pampered by some authentic Bengali cuisine. The hotel staff are courteous with a genuine sense of hospitality, much different from the fake smiles of the 4/5 star hotel personnel. Facilities are decent and provision of a few entertainment amenities such as board games, movie shows in a home theatre, organized trips to nearby attractions will add value to this place.
