We changed our arrangements and Nicky was very helpful. Lovely touches like dog water bowls and throws provided in room. We were in the Hayloft and had a comfy bed, small kitchen area and seating. Plenty of crockery /cutlery to make breakfast and fresh milk in the fridge. Great location opposite the Mere. We are returning later in the year.

This was our second stay at Mereside Farm, and we had a great time! We stayed in the Shippon, and had no problems whatsoever. The room is very comfortable, and considering the location (just off the main road past the Mere towards Ellesmere) we had no road noise at all. We were visiting relatives in the nearby village of Cockshutt,...

A well situated place to stay. Very clean and friendly service to match. The hay loft was my room for the night which had its own kitchenette with all the mod con's. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower which was amazing. I would recommend this place to all.

It was the attention to detail that made this dog friendly B and B so special. The rooms had everything you need including free wi fi. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the bedroom well furnished. The owners were friendly and helpful. You could have breakfast there at extra cost but we opted for breakfast and a mereside view...

I booked Mereside Farm B&B for my 17 year old son to stay in whilst retaking exams at Ellesmere College. We know the area quite well as we have family in Shropshire but live abroad and so it was important to find the right place for my son to stay. Right from the start the owner, Nicky, was warm, friendly...

Fantastic accommodation by the mere. We stayed for one night, everything we needed was there. Spotlessly clean and cosy. Children loved seeing the horses and the gardens. A very warm welcome, great hostess. Many thanks.
