We came here by default. We stayed in the most "deluxe" cabins (with a private cabin). Our cabin was clean and the bed comfortable. The grounds were very tired. The dining room left much to be desired. The server told us was that they were having water problems after we ordered water to drink. It was very hot in there...

well the place has 2.5 stars so i guess we weren't the only ones unimpressed. some comments: - wifi does not reach to all the buildings. was unworkable for us. - general feeling of uncleanliness and feels that it does not get a thorough cleaning after a guest leaves and that uncleanliness compounds. place needs to be wiped down and...

This was a great place for our family reunion! Michael Kane was Mr. Hospitality! He quickly resolved what could have been a difficult situation for us. Thank you! We had 70 people at our family reunion at Zion Ponderosa Ranch. We chose the resort after a lot of research. Each individual family group chose accommodations according to their budget and...

This was our first visit to Zion and I'm so thankful we chose this place after reading a lot of good reviews. Of course there will always be some people who will find anything to complain about when you read through some of the not so great reviews. Its hard to satisfy everyone. My boyfriend and I stayed in a...

This isn't a great place to stay if you are serious about getting out in the park and doing extensive hiking, it is about a 45 mins drive to the visitors center and on both nights we stayed there the noise levels were unacceptable. They also doubled(and tripled) campers up on campsites, my in laws came back one afternoon to...

Zion Ponderosa is the ideal location for hiking the Narrows top down and doing various hikes on the East Rim Trail. Hiking the Narrows top down - they have a shuttle service that would bring you to Chamberlain's Ranch (you choose the time) and come get you at the visitor's center when you're done (they will wait for you, if...

Our stay at the beginning of June was one evening in the campground and 4 nights in a cabin suite. Both experiences were great! Campgrounds were very clean with a trashcan, picnic table and bbq grill located at each spot. The shared bathroom and shower facilities were spacious and clean. The cabin suite worked perfectly for our family of 6...

Quite a few activities. Great for a family and kids. Zip line was fun and we didn't get to the pool area but it looks really nice and fun for the kids to play in. There are cabins and cute little wagons available to sleep in. Restaurant and food available for a decent price. Worth the visit!

I cannot say enough good about Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. We had 31 people in our family reunion. We stayed in The Patriarch. It was a huge, well built house with a jacuzzi. It had a huge kitchen and plenty of rooms to fit all of us comfortably. The house was big enough (3 levels) to accommodate us very well....

We booked 3 nights here for a trip- 2 nights in a wagon and one for a tent site. The wagon had a tarp over it-as most did- and the entire area for wagons and tents smelled of sewage. Almost all tent sites were sloped. When I reserved, I was told I was getting "the best site" (#8). Upon inspection...
