We chose The John Muir Lodge in Kings Canyon National Park because of its location inside the park. The lodge was built in 2000, is clean, looks well- maintained but not fancy. We stayed two nights in Room 207, second floor. No elevator so you...More

Actually, our review indicated that cleanliness was not a problem. The hotel is dated and service is spotty although friendly. Please be aware that we stayed in the lodge itself and not one of the cabins.
