Hi, I have written a Lodgepole review many years ago. The tent site you are looking for is #101. I stayed there and vouch that it is VERY close to water. If you cannot get 101, it's quite hard to reserve it, then stay on the upper loop. I found the lower loop too spaced together. Check my review for more info. I was the first one on here to add a Lodgepole pic of bear box sizing.
