We had a great time! Wonderful folks and great facilities and the trees were awesome! The friendliness and the trails were well marked and easy to navigate. Food was good and gift shop had lots of nice things to take home.

Beautiful place to visit. The views are spectacular. The Sequoias are awesome, and make you realize how special these giants really are. The trees dwarf us all, and their age is something that is astounding. These trees were here before Columbus sailed to America, before the Vikings came. They are living history and their settings are spectacular.

129 USD per night for two. Not too bad a price, you would think, after all, you're right in the National Park. But you get an old, run-down cabin, very small, and they haven't even swept the front porch in weeks (yes, you're in the middle of the woods, but still), the room and bathroom aren't clean, tables outside are...

Staff made us feel very welcomed the entire time. Very genuine people that want you to have a good time. Cabins were better than we expected. Heats up in a matter of minutes. Comfy beds. Beautiful surroundings what more can you ask. Definitely coming back here next time!

A place that offers options from strolls to endurance hiking. All amenities available within walking distance. Rustic but comfortable setting. A touch of history documented on along the paths. Yellowstone Park without the crowds!

We enjoyed staying in these small, rustic cabins. They are older and need some improvements, but clean and we had a bathroom in ours and a picnic table outside. I'd recommend packing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Options are very limited and they are doing a renovation this summer and I think they will only have one place to...

John Muir Lodge is nice for a night when the weather is a bit cold for camping! The room was clean, beds are OK- a little too firm for me. Nice porch to relax and hear nature around you. Also the lobby has a beautiful fireplace to sit near and relax as well, with WiFi!
