We visited for only two days, but found this place extraordinary. The Paradise Inn is near the Visitors Center and various trails on Mt. Ranier. The wild flowers are extraordinary. The hotel (and restaurant) are efficiently run by GSI. The rooms are not extravagant but quiet, well furnished, and well-organized, plenty of outlets and mirrors. The hotel lobby is very...

The location of the Inn was spectacular with amazing views of Rainier. The Inn was an historic inn. The small room and no internet, cell service or TV was to be expected. Yet what we did not expect was the poor quality of food at a very expensive price. We were very disappointed with each dinner we were served. One...

The location of the Inn could not be better. We stayed in a small room with a queen bed. The room was clean and the view was amazing. The bathroom was cramped and outdated but also very clean. There were a few hangers to hang things up but there was really no place to put our bags. While the Inn...

This hotel is a historic experience in an awesome nature setting. The hotel is old. There is no air conditioning nor Wifi nor tv nor cellular coverage. It's a true an opportunity to truly get away from it all and enjoy nature. The rooms are comparable to other National Parks rooms in terms of cleanliness and maintenance of furniture and...

What a nice place to stay! Very nice large and pretty lobby area with all the painted light shades. A little pricey but worth the stay. The restaurant was a little pricey too but the food was good. Very nice gift shop with some unique items and also t-shirts and Mt. Rainer related. Small guestrooms but you aren't there to...

Loved the huge lobby area. Our favorite place to have a drink while listening to the pianist. Our room was small, but just enough for what we needed. The window sill acted as bathroom counter space. Our bathroom blinds wouldn't go down easily, so hopefully no one could see our bathroom business being on the 2nd floor and facing a...

This is 'the' place for my husband and I to really 'let everything go'. Even with cloud cover for two days, I had a chance to lazily (remember that feeling ?) sit in the lovely community space reading a book from the gift shop, listen to several interpretative ranger talks inside and join an outside walk and talk exploring the...

Had a nice stay at the Paradise Inn. If you are going to Mt. Rainier, I recommend you give this a one night try. Although it is kind of pricey for what you get, you are paying for the location. The Inn is a 100 year old landmark. They have preserved the Inn very well. The room is very small...

I stayed here for one night on my way through the park. Unfortunately, it was rainy and foggy, and you could not see Mt Rainier. Although that was a bummer, the lodge was so great that it saved my trip from being a complete waste. I loved the lobby; it has big cozy chairs where people can relax and read,...

We came here for my birthday vacation get-a-away and it was the perfect destination. Postcard views from every angle. Wonderful weather and super attentive staff. We relaxed by the fires and made new friends every evening.
