We camped here for two nights back at the end of July. We were at C-12 and the locations was a very short walk to the "comfort station". Cute name for the flush toilets/bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised that there were flush toilets nearby. :) The shower was good enough. Just make sure you have enough quarters with you should...

What a let down. We had planned to stop in and get a picnic. Actually our itinerary largely depended on this for lunch. We arrived at the store 11am. Well, the fridge was empty, barely anything to drink even. Was hoping to grab a pre-made sandwich, but that wasn't an option unless you wanted one of the sixteen roast beef...

My stay here was very brief. I didn't even stay the night. I had hiked Mt. Lassen earlier, and after a shower and snack at the store, decided to beat the heat and any traffic. My car isn't air conditioned, and it was hot the following day in Sacramento. However, I did have plenty of time to tour the campgrounds....

My family of 5 camped in the tent only D Loop. It was clean and quiet. The showers were clean and the staff at the camp store were very nice. the campground is located on the base of Lassen as you enter the park. We were able to easily drive through the park and return for a good nights sleep...

Arrived after midnight on Thursday and found one spot open. Moved the next day to tent only D loop. Quiet and centrally located. While late arrival= limited options, arrive right before checkout to find many people leaving. For the $24/ night price- Bathroom facilities could use some attention (lights on a sensor, more racks for toiletries, and hand dryers would...

This was our first visit to Lassen and this campground. We were pleasantly surprised. We camped on loop A. Our campsite was large and very close to the path to walk to Manzanita Lake. The park was not crowded and the campground was about 1/2 full on average for the 4 days we stayed there. It always felt quiet and...

Campground is very clean. It is very closed to Manzanita Lake. Ground having toilet and it was very. Also Bath facilities are available with $1.5. Visitor Centre is close to ground and having general store facility for food and drink.

It was an okay campground. Nice that they have showers and laundry but i thought it was a bit expensive. $1.50 for 3 mins (wait 30-60 secs for warm water to come out) then you can add another quarter for additional 30 secs or something. Only up side is that its open 24hrs and quarters are available at the laundry....

With careful selection you can have a secluded campsite with lake access and mountain views. Nice trails nearby and good fishing in the lake make this a great place to camp. We will definitely return to enjoy this beautiful small campground.
