The Jackson Lake Lodge is the prime location for views of the Grand Tetons. The setting is about the best you can find at any NPS lodging in the country. Just outstanding!
The property and cabins are more than adequate for NPS traveling. Not 5-star...More
Stayed on June 2nd, 2017.
Walk up the stairs from the lobby and you'll see why everyone is gushing about the wonderful views. There is quite simply no better place to view the mountains.
Overall, the rooms are authentic/rustic but pleasant. No TVs, not that...More
The cabins were clean and up to date with wifi and cell. The best part is the viewing from the second floor of the lobby of the Teton range, and off the terrace where we saw a grizzly bear hunt a dear.
Every morning and night we sat on our balcony and enjoyed a cup of the Tazo tea or excellent coffee provided. Beds are wonderful, scenery unparalleled. The food at the Pioneer Grill was great. Try the macaroni and cheese.

We were there with an organization who had a group rate of $247 plus taxes. There are no views in the Classic Cabins which is where we stayed. If you want a view, ask to be in the newer part which is next to the main lodge where the restaurants and shops are located. I would definitely recommend that you make reservations if you want to eat breakfast or dinner in the Mural Room. While we were there in the middle of June there were times when they were booked solid. I would make reservations sooner rather than later since August is high season at Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks especially if you want a room with a view.
