Stayed at the Maswik as part of our tour Package on the Grand Canyon Railway. I would call the place somewhat average. The rooms are in separate buildings scattered around the property, meaning we had a slight walk from the office and check-in to our room. The room was a bit dated and reminded me of a place that might...

We travel to the Grand Canyon every year for a group that hikes rim to rim in a single day. Maswik Lodge is a 5 minute walk to the south rim. The south rooms are less expensive, have 2 queen beds, a sink outside the bathroom, full tub and shower. There is a coffee maker in the room, with reg....

This was our first visit to the Grand Canyon as adults (we had both been before as kids on family vacations). Staying on the rim is a must while visiting. Although we weren't directly on the rim, we were across the street, it was still a great location! The only reason I didn't give all 5s is because we booked...

We drove to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas in April. We had booked Maswik lodge so we could stay the night and be able to spend a bit more time at the Canyon as its a long drive from Las Vegas. The room was average with two double beds and bathroom. We had five of us, two adults and...

We enjoyed our stay at the Maswik Lodge this year. It was cold and snowy at the end of April but the lodge rooms were comfortable and cozy. The location was great, walkable to one of the best overlooks in the park. We ate in the lodge cafeteria and there was a nice variety of options, from "homestyle" turkey dinner...

excellent place for the price. It's not luxurious but it's clean and well maintained. Coffee maker, fridge, fancy shampoo, lotion, and soap are provided. 2 fans in room. We stayed on April 30th and it got down to 30 F, so we were glad for the heater in the room and bathroom. super close to the cafeteria which had good...

My wife and I are National Park junkies. We love the Grand Canyon's primeval stillness and beauty. This time all that was available was the Maswik Lodge. The basic lodge room is functional but the level of cleanliness was pretty low. Carpet dirty, stained sheets, towels like sandpaper. We probably should have just laid our sleeping bags on the bed....

We spent one night in the Grand Canyon as that was all that was available and it was a great pick. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable in the pines. There are a number of buildings and we stayed in Pinyon Pine. The rooms have a coffeemaker and a smalll fridge. Our coffeemaker was not working so we called...

We stayed in April - rented a cabin, which turned out to be a large cabin split into 4 rooms. Didn't have any problems with thin walls or hearing neighbors. Parking near the cabins is first-come-first-served. Short walk to Maswik Lodge cafeteria area. Maybe a quarter-mile to the rim of the Canyon. Overall a pleasant stay, aside from a snotty...
