Winter camping at the Grand Canyon. Mather campground was open but snowed in. No electricity. The RV Park had electricity and washrooms but for 36.00 USD/night plus tax that was about all it had to offer. Water lines were frozen. No showers. Electrical plug-in was about all. People were friendly and helpful though, but overall....Just a place to park the...

Decided to go to the Grand Canyon in the winter because this place was rated in the top 10 National Parks to visit in the winter. We have been here numerous times in the summer and fall but never in the winter. The winter didn't disappoint. It was more than I expected. The snow gives the canyon a whole new...

There was enough space between sites at this park so it was well designed. Deer were roaming nearby wherever you looked. It was a beautiful environment. There is a laundromat at the park which is convenient. The facilities are pretty basic but it had what we needed. The worst thing about this park was the standard of hygiene in the...

My husband and I booked a 3 night stay at the Grand Canyon Trailer Village Rv Park; I was told that it was open year round with full hook up! I knew it was going to be cold there because it was January so I bought a 25 ft. heated hose. We filled both propane tanks and thought we were...

The RV park is set inside the national park, centrally located to all points of interest. Our only complaint is... #1... Very poor cable connection at RV Park #2....No shower facilities at the bathroom facilities. #3.... We felt the fee of $33.00 per night was not reflective of the amenities. Otherwise if you choose to stay in the park and...

We ended up at trailer village after a 2 week RV adventure across the country. If you are looking for something with a pool or playground, this isnt your place. However, its so conveniently located on the south rim. Short walk to the shuttles. Check in and out was easy. Very clean and safe. Full hookup. Lots and Lots of...

Check in and out way quick and easy. Campsites were roomy and well kept. Bathroom facilities were clean and up-to-date. Showers are too far away from the RV sites. Using the shuttles around the park was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful, and well informed.

Trailer Village Campground is the only choice in the Grand Canyon for a full hookup site. There are no showers in Trailer Village Campground. You have to go about half mile or more to pay $2.00 for an eight minutes shower at Camper Services (only open from 9am to 6pm). Of all the services at the Grand Canyon National Park,...

Our space is spacious and clean, plenty of room to grill and everything. We have easy access to the restrooms, we are .5 miles from Market by foot and about the same from the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, and there is a free shuttle to carry you through the entire park. I would return again and again!

The sites are very large and spaced generously. Lots of trees and very peaceful atmosphere. We saw deer (even an 8 point buck) right near our trailer one night. Bathrooms are very nice - no showers, of course. Easy walk to catch the Blue shuttle to take you right to the Visitor's center. We absolutely loved our stay right near...
