We spent two nights here while touring Denali Park. The location was beautiful, our room overlooked the river. We opened the window and could hear the river flowing. We walked the grounds before setting off on our daily tours. There is a little village with shops and a restau

This place is horrible! Our room was filthy and loud. The amenities were scarce. No ice to be found anywhere. Overheard one guest who had walked to every known ice machine around only to return to her friends with an empty bucket. Really. I was shocked to see this was where

We had a 2 night stay at Denali Park Village as part of our NCL Jewel Cruise/Land tour package. I was a bit leery when I found out where we were staying, especially since this was rated #11 of 11 on TripAdvisor.

There were 4 of us, 2 of which stayed in the Cabin and my wife and

The Park is incredible but so where the views from atop the mountain at the hotel. Everything is geared for the traveler and they have greatly improved bag management from train to bus to hotel. The train rides are long but it is so worth it. Guides in the Park are well inform

The land part of our Alaska tour took us from Fairbanks to Denali and it is a place that everyone should visit. The majesty of the park, the animals, the meadows are all worthy of the visit. Just plan it and go, it is worth it !

Is there a laundry room on site? This hotel is half way through a long tour and I will need to wash.
I want to ask the very same question -- are there laundry facilities available at the hotel?????

is there transportation to the train and bus stations?
I think so, we go a bus from the village to the park and it runs thru town. Best call the Village that is run by the same contractor that runs the bus line and they will confirm times a bus will run.

Is there a place for medication storage? My sons medicine must be refrigerated at all times and we will need to re freeze the ice packs.
They do not have fridges in the rooms.

I will be staying there in May and doing a day long tour of Denali. Are there gluten free options for lunch to take as I have celiac disease?
When we stayed there, the dining room was extremely busy so we ate elsewhere our entire stay. The menu was pretty diverse from what I remember. The coffee stand was open very early for our 5:30AM tour departure...sorry, I just remember pastries available, but, I could be wrong.

You might try calling the on grounds restaurant directly...

"We had a room on the second floor, overlooking the river- great location"
"Since we were on a group tour the resort will require bus, rental car, taxi to get around the area. Getting to town requires planning."
"Don't stay here ever"
"Bring a flashlight to find your way around the compound. If it's cold, request extra blankets and a heater early in the day."
"we loved our cozy cabin"
