The hotel is what to be expected in Greece, not very special, but it has everything you need. Do mind that it does look quite a bit bigger on the pictures than in real life. The shower has a shower curtain that is just too short for the shower, so the whole bathroom will turn into a big water ballet...

Rooms were clean and good enough for the price you're paying. The airco is working good and the safe was for free. The shower was a little bit to small but further it was oke.The breakfast is not so spectaculair so it is better to take a breakfast at one of the local restaurants near by the hotel. The elevators were...

Stayed 1 night in a family room. As Greek standards go, it's ok. Right in the town overlooking the square, you get a good view from the sea facing balconies. The bathroom/shower isn't up to UK standard but no issues for a short stay. Air con worked well. There is some noise from below and the square as you would...

This is a good hotel if you wanna stay in the center of Zakynthos town, since everything is at walking distance. The staff is very kind and always willing to help. The rooms were OK, just the shower wasn't so comfortable, it was very tiny and old.

We stayed at the Phoenix hotel during our stay on Zakynthos. It's located right in the center on Zante town, which makes it close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging laundry services and ATV hire. The room we stayed in was clean and had a nice view. Only downsides were - the room stank! It smelt...

Dear rmcke93 Thank you for sharing your feedback and recommendation with us and the readers of Tripadvisor. It is absolutely important to hear that the staff of the Phoenix Hotel could exceed your expectations. It is unfortunate that you did not experience full service excellence during your stay. The rooms are being ventilated and parfumed in every departure and we...

Located at the heart of Zante town. Easy access to the port and surrounded by couple decent restaurants! Recommended for one or two nights :) Bathroom is kind of small and amenities are not that great, but good for the value though. Staffs were very welcoming and kind.

I enjoyed this hotel to the fullest. My room had a nice balcony overlooking the Solomos square and the sea. The room was very comfortable. The staff were nice and in fact one of them was going out of his way just to help me. He was very cordial. The breakfast was ok. The only con I had is the...

I have stayed just one night at the Phoenix Hotel and it was just fine. I was extremely tired from a very long trip to Zakynthos and therefore can't offer a proper evaluation. I could say though that the bed was great (typical greek double bed, two single beds set together) and that the room had just enough space for...
