This is a wonderful, luxurious and amazing place. On top of a hill, surrounded by nothing but green bushes and trees, and silence... The private cottages are huge and very nicely decorated, for a perfect lodges feeling. The pool area is beautiful with also this amazing, neverending view. Special thanks to the hosts!

We spent 4 nights at Sebumo Tude but would have preferred to stay 4 months!!! Doris and Ronald have created a dream property in a dream setting, and the meals Doris produced every evening were some of the best we had during our travels in South Africa. Absolutely delicious. It is very sad that the lodge will be closed at...

Sebumo Tude was the final stop on a week long roadtrip through KZN and the Transkei and it was the highlight. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Even little touches like plug adaptors and a fridge in a separate room to keep the noise down had been thought of. Lovely view of the treed valley from our room. Doris...

Our family's (including two teenagers) 7 day escape from the city at Sebumo Tude was an absolute delight and we simply had to extend our stay with one more day. We stayed in the Bush Villa, a comfortable and attractive two bedroomed villa with lovely views over the treed valley. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the lovely pool area...

We stayed at Sebumo for five nights, and it felt just too short! The lodge is beautiful with great decor, amazing views and a stunning pool area. The rooms are huge, my husband and I especially enjoyed the outside shower, and cuddling in front of the fireplace in the rooms. The food is...UNBELIEVABLE!! No really, we could not believe that...

Our time here was one of the most memorable experiences during our trip to South Africa. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The...

Sebumo Tude is an absolute delight and ideal retreat for weary souls to recuperate. It offers tranquillity in the midst of unspoiled forest and bush land. We stayed 5 nights in one of the four thatched chalet suites; each one equipped with a secluded private timber deck overlooking a stunning indigenous forest valley. Magnificent views are also guaranteed from the...
