I found this online and called direct as we had a baby and wanted to make sure it would work for us. Ian is the perfect host and allocated us a very comfortable room that suited our needs and then some! The supplied bacon and eggs was lovely and the spa was amazing!! The property itself is beautiful with stunning... More

The scenery and views surrounding Aaronlee Retreat are just gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and accommodating and the price is very reasonable. Ian was very lovely and helpful and we really enjoyed our time at Aaronlee Retreat. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Mount Tamborine.

I stayed here for two nights and the property location and surrounds were very peaceful...apart from the raucous laughter of a few of the other guests. The breakfast bacon supplied was the best bacon I've had in ages, however the room was pretty dated and I dont feel the rates reflect the quality of the room. It wouldn't be my... More

This simple accommodation (reasonable but not luxurious) overlooks spectacular scenery stretching to the Gold Coast. Breakfast is average - eggs, bacon and toast - that's it - no extras such as juice, tomato or baked beans. You cook it yourself - no problem as everything is in the room. Two adorable shetland ponies are available to pat and add to... More

We stayed at Aaronlee Retreat last weekend on a Groupon deal. What a fantastic surprise we had when arriving. Did not expect such lovely accommodation, large lounge, large bathroom and lovely large bedroom with a queen and a single bed. From both the lounge and bedroom you could access a wrap around balcony which overlooked the retreat's well maintained gardens... More

This is a revenge review from a guest who arrived by car from Canberra with a 5 week old baby, only booked 2 x adults. She complained that her unit was far away (200 metres) and wanted a closer unit which we could not do (fully booked) Her unit has new carpet and lovely cottage furniture, it has the best... More

Great views over the hinterland and Gold Coast. Quiet tucked out of the way. Nice gardens and BBQ areas. Complimentary bacon and eggs sourced locally. 4/5 for international roast instant, otherwise awesome value!

My partner and I stayed at the Aaron Lee Retreat on a much needed holiday. It was spectacular! Great views of Mount Tamborine and the Gold Coast. There were many beautiful birds who visited us and the resident ponies Bonnie and Honey were very sweet. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely fireplace which was great for this time... More
