We stayed at The Old Barn for one night during a week-long hike of the South West Coast Path and what a wonderful B&B it is! We arrived absolutely soaked from a day of walking in torrential rain but the staff couldn't have been more helpful as they had a shoe wrack for our muddy boots and offered to dry...

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Sarah and her parents are such welcoming people and we had a thoroughly enjoyable midweek 3 night stay with them. The Old Barn is very well equipped with information, amenities and kitchen facilities should you need them. We stayed in the spacious Rm 1 with a big ensuite with bath and...

Stayed at the Old Barn with my two teenaged sons, we had adjoining twin and double rooms and our own bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, home cooked breakfast was really generous and hosts had brilliant local knowledge. Very short walk to beach with cafes and ice cream places. Also good selection of games and books in the lounge. We will...

Just returned from our second visit to this excellent B&B. Lovely room. We were in number 1 again, with a huge ensuite, complete with bath and overhead shower. Cannot fault the facilities and the breakfasts are plentiful with a good choice of options. A 10 minute walk, left or right, will take you to a pub with good food in...

I'm always on the search for a b&b's that provide a family unit, and this one has a good set up with two cosy adjoining rooms, and own bathroom. This is a friendly b&b, popular with walkers, and provides a great breakfast! Our family loves walking and the coast, and there's lots of opportunity for both here. I prefer it...

Amazing location, just minutes from Lulworth Cove. Excellent accommodation - very comfortable beds (and I'm fussy on this point!), Exceptionally great hosts. Extremely dog friendly - my lucky Dalmatian was given a cooked sausage after breakfast every day! A real gem of a B&B, you won't be disappointed.

Stayed a couple of nights. Weather played part in reducing stay but we had a very nice stay. Dog friendly. Room lovely, very clean, location fantastic and very accommodating hosts. Good selection for breakfasts. Thoroughly recommend and will return.

We stayed at the Old Barn for two nights to break our walk along the South Coastal path in August. It was wonderful. The rooms were clean and cosy, the breakfast was fantastic, (so much fresh fruit and all the fried combinations you could think of made to order!) and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. It’s a family run...

I stayed here with my boyfriend and daughter and brought the dog too. We were made to feel welcome and the owners were very attentive and gave us lots of info on the local area. Rooms were excellent and very very clean! Breakfast fit for a King, Lulworth Cove is beautiful. We hope to return.
