Majahuitas is simply lovely. After a 45-minute drive and 15-minute boat ride, you're welcomed by a fun and friendly staff and the dogs!! It's such a lovely welcome, and you truly feel a bit off the grid. No internet was a blessing. Falling asleep each night to the waves was even better. The food is all inclusive and delicious! We...

We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Majahuitas, we've been plotting a return trip... The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the location is absolutely gorgeous, food was delicious - even with dietary restrictions, and the views can't be beat! It's not for everyone though, it is very relaxed, and a bit rustic - which made it all that much...

My husband and I have been coming to Majahuitas for several years now and it remains a highlight of our vacation time. The bay and opportunity to roll from bed to breakfast on the beach to snorkeling is one of the biggest reasons we come here. But so, too, is the peace, the food, the service, and the view. We've...

My husband and I stayed here a couple weeks ago for my birthday. I can not say enough about what a beautiful and special place this is! So, if you are thinking about going here - book it! The great service starts at the airport when they have someone meet you to make sure that you get a taxi to...

My husband and I were extremely stressed out with work and kids responsibilities. I knew just what we needed to do to get away from it all. Go someplace where the outside world can't find us! Majahuitas Resort is the perfect location to get away from it all. Because there isn't strong cell service, and the resort doesn't offer wi-fi...

My girlfriend and I had heard so many great things about this resort! We hope to book a reservation soon. Our vacation this year won't line up with their availability, due to their popularity. Book in advance if you want to get in during the month of December. We were so impressed by the friendly and professional staff. We hope...

This is one if the most unique resorts I have ever visited. You feel as if time stopped and you are on your own private island. Thee snorkeling and beach are amazing, the staff are like your friends and the food is better than that of a 5 star hotel..but authentic.... This is a hidden gem ......

What a treat! This is just what I needed- the sound of crashing waves, no wifi and some of the most delicious food. So much fresh seafood and fresh squeezed juices, a fresh coconut after paddle boarding on the clear and clean beach. Thank you for existing and for your hospitality. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating.

We stayed here for four nights in April 2016 for our honeymoon. The place was amazing from the moment we got there we felt relaxed. You are able to do as much or as little as you want. And we chose to do little. We sat on the beach, kayaked and paddle boarded in the lagoon and napped in the...

We had an extremely relaxing 8 nights- trip was to celebrate a big birthday, the reviews on TA are generally spot on- this resort has no electricity in the rooms and all casitas have no 4th wall - instead its open to the wonderful ocean view. My wife and I are outdoor people so this did not concern us -...
