The only positive thing about this hotel is its central location, keep in mind the metro station nearby is on the Yurakucho line but the Ginza line further walk away had better connection to tourist sites. Check-in is all done on a self service machine, we had issues with matching info but the workers helped sort it. No room deposit was required and checkout was really quick. The room as advertised was really tiny but the bathroom is airplane bathrooms tiny. There wasn't enough floor space to fully open our large suitcase also. If you're non-smokers and still thinking of getting the smoking room cos it's cheaper than be warned the stench doesn't go away even if you air out the room (we tried for 5 days) as windows cannot be opened. Room cleanliness was good and so was housekeeping. Aircon, water had no issues there's even a microwave in the room. Bath had all the essential toiletries but they don't provide complimentary water bottles. There's a self-service laundry area that's coin operated on the ground floor and a beverage vending machine just outside the front door. Wouldn't revisit.
