Yes, as everyone else has said there is a train which goes to Shimbashi station where you get off and walk along the underground arcade to the hotel. However at that time of day you'll probably be really tired so I think a taxi would be best.
Enjoy your stay, the hotel is great and check out the great restaurants at the Carretta arcade just near the hotel.
