It's located behind Matsuya Ginza department store, so it's well-located and easy to get to.
There are only two front desk staff, but it seems that you basically check in by yourself. When I checked in, one of the front desk staff was a foreigner and was checking in foreigners, so foreigners may feel more comfortable.
The building and rooms are well-cleaned, but the rooms are small, so if there are two of you, you can only relax on the bed.
The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the pillows were too soft and it made no difference whether they were there or not.
It's not cheap at just under 20,000 yen per night, but considering the location, that may be unavoidable.

I felt that there were differences in customer service between staff. Some people showed me around politely, but others were surly and had a bad attitude to serving customers.
When we checked in on the 27th of November, the reception staff were very kind to us. He was kind enough to answer my questions and explained in detail.
But when I rented a pillow and hanger from the reception on the second floor around 22:15 on 11/27, the male staff were very brusque and very unresponsive.
I have used Sotetsu Group hotels around the country many times, and thanks to the male staff, I probably will never use Sotetsu Fressign Ginza 3-chome again.
I've never seen anything this bad before. It was a terrible trip to Japan!

Stayed there for a total of 5 nights (split in between as I travelled out of Tokyo and back). First stay was 3 nights in a normal room, with 2 pax per room.
I would say the basic rooms are tiny, even by Jap standards. There is enough space for only 1 opened mid sized luggage. It has one double bed that measures 140 cm, with little room to move anywhere else in the room.
Second stay, i booked the twin bed room. That is SO MUCH better. It has 2 twin beds (120 cm width each), and more space for at least 3 open luggages. They don't have many of such rooms so book early to avoid disappointment. However, these rooms don't have a view. If you want a comfortable stay for 2 pax, get the twin bed room.
Next, location is perfect if you want to go Ginza for shopping. Situated 3 mins away from Ginza Subway station, using Exit 13A to enter/exit. Lawson (convenience store) is just downstairs, with Starbucks, Agnes B just beside it. Right smacked off the main streets of Ginza, the rooms are clean, so are the toilets.
Nothing to complain for the price.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to my favorite coffee shop - Cafe de L'Ambre. Of course, L'Ambre doesn't open until noon, so I wouldn't get back to Ginza until the evening. Good thing L'Ambre is open until 10pm.
It a very convenient location that's not too far a walk from Shimbashi station which will take you all over the city. It's also in the heart of Ginza, so whatever you need is at the ready.
The lobby is on the second level (or third?) but not on the ground. There's a restaurant in the building which I did not try and a Family Mart, which is very convenient and great for quick cheap eats. The hotel is modern with nicely appointed rooms, but typical Japan sized rooms. This means that if you want spacious, western style rooms, you might consider the Park Hyatt. My room is good for me, my two large suitcases with a desk, bed, tv and bathroom. Small, but comfortable. And modern - at least it was in May 2019 (I'm writing this from May 2022). My experience was enjoyable enough that I look forward to staying there again when we can get back to Japan after this pandemic.
I really like the hotel. Clean, modern, friendly staff, great location. What more do you really want? And at a very reasonable price. When I stayed here in 2019, it cost about $80/night. Looking now in May 2022, it's about $55-80/night. In the fanciest of neighborhoods in the world's biggest and cleanest metropolis??? NYC and London are losers comparatively.

This is so near to the main Ginza street. Checkin time is at 3pm and checkout is at 10am. The rooms are small but we don't stay in it majority of the day anyway. I love their bathroom. There is a coffeemaker with unli coffee for all guests, at the lobby. I noticed the carpet in the room is quite old already. But it was very clean. Good good place to sleep!!!

This hotel locates in Ginza, newer than another one. Room is clean and quite. Don’t expect to see any view from the window in the room as the building in this area are also higher. Internet in the room is fast enough for browsing.

I’m in Japan a lot and stay at both 5-star hotels (the Ritz Carlton is my favorite there) as well as more modest local hotels.
On a recent visit, I chose the Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Ginza Sanchome. I had stayed at their property in Roppongi in the past and found it well worth the price in terms of value and quality.
While compared to hotels around the world, the Sotetsu Fresa is ok. But compared to similar “modest” hotels in Japan it fell short in terms of cleanliness and quality.
First off, the staff we friendly and polite and the location is great. Just a few blocks the the center of Ginza. There’s a convenience store and a Starbucks within two blocks.
I booked a double room for Single use. The room itself was fine. Small (as was expected) with the usual features. The bath features a deep tub and shower.
However while there room was clean itself the carpet and walls were stained. It just didn’t feel new to me. Usually in Japan I find that all hotels look new, even when they’re not.
I have this property three stars as it’s just average. But compared to similar hotels in japan I’d probably give it two only.
For the price there are better options IMO.

Location is perfect, but make up room can be improved. We stay for seven nights, staff never changed our cups so we kept using it for days.

Location is key as just next to main Ginza road with all the high end shopping available and very close to Family Mart, McD and Starbucks. Checked-in no issues as room assigned quickly with friendly staffs but couldn't agree more with others that room is extremely small. Very hard to move around especially with 2 luggage. Given the price that is almost similar to others, will opt for bigger size room.

There is no space to open up our luggages in the room. We can only half open the luggages, take things out, then close back. The aircon in the room only started running after we switched it on for 3 hours. The first room given to us had a huge wet spot from below the carpet but the staff was nice enough to offer us a better room. It’s not really value for money. Just pay $50 more per night and you can easily get a bigger & better hotel anywhere else in Ginza, Nihombashi etc.

Yes, because it's not far from JR Yurakucho station & subway is just 1 block away. So you can easily explore all your listed district. 2 cabin bags I think it would be ok for double room.
Double bed is ok for 2 people. Room is very small. If you have 2 suitcases it can be a bit tight.
I believe it is possible - cause you can call international numbers from your hotel room phone. If you called someone in Australia, then there definitely would be extra charges.
