The first thing I noticed is, the hotel reception is on the 2nd floor. And the ground floor is counted as 1st floor.
The location of the hotel is great, In the middle of Ginza area, just on the side street. If you are into shopping, its right location too.

Check in was through a machine in front of the reception desk, and the staff was very helpful if you need.
Check out is at 11 am.
On the reception floor there is a corner where you can get daily amenities from hair mask to face lotion or hair band. There is also a pajama available in the room if you want to use.

Room was very smaller than my expectation. It was hard to move even as a one person. It was clean but i have seen some hair on the bathroom floor and on the desk unfortunately. The rest was ok.
There was a machine in the room to check the air quality. Also kettle is available in the room. You can get coffee from the reception amenities corner to make it in the room.

Daily cleaning of the room is upon request. You attach the sign on the door if you need towels only or whole room cleaning.
Breakfast available if you pay. I cannot say it was very rich buffet. Can be improved.

The best part of the hotel is its location and there is a convenient store downstairs, which is 24 hours open. there is an entry via hotel to the store. Its great.

Our stay was okay. Though the room is small, the beds are larger than the previous hotel we stayed at in 2022. Location is central, walking distance to Main Street of Ginza. Ginza Six and Don Quixote average around 5 minutes on foot. Muji, Uniqlo and Apple Store around 8 minutes. The hotel has next-door access to convenience store Family Mart where you can get packed meals and do foreign exchange withdrawals via machine. Train stations are also walkable. The breakfast buffet not extensive but decent. Toiletries are provided at the reception area where you can just pluck howeveer much you need during your stay. An ice machine is also available with plastic cups there. Pajamas are provided on racks right by the elevator on every floor and they’re quite comfortable. The staff are helpful inspite of the language barrier.

The downside:
1. They don’t provide bottled drinking water.
2. No coffee machine where you can get free caffeine fix like a lot of the hotels in Ginza.
3. The people at the reception don’t speak good English. They rely on a gadget on hand that translates their responses to your queries.
4. The staff at the restaurant don’t speak good English. Took a while before I was able to request that my soggy bacon strips be cooked crispy, which they later said won’t be allowed next time. “Today only, next time no more.” is what the lady managing the buffet told me.

The location is absolutely great. It is in the middle of Ginza, walking distance to hundreds of shops, restaurants, theaters, karaoke, and many other things, 4 minutes from metro stations. Enjoyed it very much!! The hotel itself is very nicely decorated, sparklingly clean, the service people are courteous and always ready to help. Rooms are small. Only one person can walk on one side of the bed (the other side is against the wall). Bed was comfortable and TV was nice. The temperature control was perfect and the bathrooms were immaculate. Enjoyed my stay very much!! Thanks Fresa Inn!

Pillows provided in room is very soft and thin. Small room size is a norm in Tokyo. Nothing impressive except for the location which is right inside the shopping belt. Easy access to train stations and Fish market.

The hotel was very well located in the Ginza neighborhood within short walking distance of the Ginza Metro Station. We went with our 2 college-aged kids and they loved it too. We had a very comfortable and clean room and really enjoyed the one-week stay. The TV was all in Japanese so we missed watching daily news in English, but it was very nice otherwise. Lots of beauty amenities (face masks, cremes, little beauty samples) and coffee and green tea in the room. We also liked the convenience of a Family Mart store right nearby.

Great hotel location in ginza for the family have stayed in the area before the next street over but opted at this for a family stay as priced better for bedding.
As per usual strict here in japan check in is 3 on the dot quick and easy had a few hours till check in so had the suit case chanined up in the lobby till the time come, friendly tho bland customer service and no information passed on with the do's and dont's and what the hotel has to offer just had to figure that out myself not really a big deal.
Hotel very close to train station only couple minute walk depending on what line you want wether its ginza station or shinbasi. Plenty of resturants around and vending machines in the laundry downstairs otherwise family mart down ground floor,7/11 next street over next to hotel musse and don quito a couple minute walk away.and free amenties on reception floor with a mixture of items you dont need to pack when travelling when supplied for you
Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and child and baby with the 3 pretty comfortable beds pyjamas also provided, also clothes recycle box out near elevators on room floor for your old clothes you dont want which i thought was great as i buy and leave my clothes when travelling to maximise souviners in suitcase back home so there not going to waste.please refer to photos as the page looked like it needed updating and hopefully provides enough information if i mightve missed anything. Location is deffiantly great easy minimal walking distance to a range of activties, trains, eaterys ect

As a family of 4 (2 teenagers) we decided to stay in Ginza and are really pleased we did. The hotel is very conveniently located for all services such as metro, shopping (including family mart and 7eleven) as well as a great selection of restaurants. The rooms were very small so travelling with large suitcases could be difficult. Breakfast was excellent and did vary a little each day. Loved the additional items you could pick up in the lobby including bath salts, hairbrush, toothbrush, face masks etc. There were also hair straighteners available! The best asset of this hotel are the staff. They are very friendly, helpful and their excellent English helped add a personal touch that google translate couldn’t provide. They helped with forwarding of luggage, arranging taxis and even came out with us when we left to wave us off. Amazing service.

A very nice Tokyo hotel - micro rooms as expected. Clean and comfortable. Lots of extras available to pick up in reception including incredible bath salts which were great to soothe the aching limbs. Also nice PJs.
Well situated for Ginza and Shinbashi. Family Mart next door which is very convenient.
Only slight moan is there is a sister hotel with the same name a few streets away which causes confusion (we obviously weren't the first given they have a pre-prepared map!).

Wonderful hotel in Ginza, 10 minutes from the Yurakuchō Yamanote JR stop.
We stayed two nights as a base to go north and south of Tokyo since it is 15 minutes from Tokyo station.
The staff took great care of us and helped us with everything we needed on our first days in Japan. The rooms are small but made the most of. We went with 2 mountain backpacks and 2 small ones for everyday use and we had room for everything despite how compact it is.
If you plan to go to Tokyo I really recommend this hotel.

Hotel very well located in the Ginza district, close to a JR station giving access to all the main districts of the city.
The hotel is clean and pleasant with a nice lobby.
Breakfast offers Japanese dishes and more "continental" foods. Everything is very good and the breakfast room is pleasant.

The rooms are very good but can be a little small to handle luggage. Small downside: the air conditioning located just above our heads in the bed.

Note: the hotel offers washing machines and dryers.

How to get here from Haneda airport?
1:There is the instruction how to use coin laundry(English, chinese and Korean) nearby laundry room. 2: It is easy enough to operate because of most of our Guests are using every time, I guess. 3: It is not necessary to stay there until finishing laundry machine. you can leave there and come back later. 4: It depends on how much you wash and dry it. usually, washing about 20 minutes and drying about 30 minutes. *Many guests want to use it at the night. It would better to avoid to use in the morning or noon, I guess. There aren't so many laundry and dry machines in there. Best Regards Front Desk KIDO

Is there a USB charging port in the hotel room?
Answer from N Y
Amsterdam, The Netherlands43 contributions51 helpful votes
hello, Not 100% sure but there should not be, because I needed an adaptor for my phone charging, and requested from the reception. I connected my phone to adaptor with usb. There was not any usb point in the room if i remember correctly. Otherwise I would not ask for adaptor I guess.. Maybe TV had but i did not check.
