The location of the hotel is great, In the middle of Ginza area, just on the side street. If you are into shopping, its right location too.
Check in was through a machine in front of the reception desk, and the staff was very helpful if you need.
Check out is at 11 am.
On the reception floor there is a corner where you can get daily amenities from hair mask to face lotion or hair band. There is also a pajama available in the room if you want to use.
Room was very smaller than my expectation. It was hard to move even as a one person. It was clean but i have seen some hair on the bathroom floor and on the desk unfortunately. The rest was ok.
There was a machine in the room to check the air quality. Also kettle is available in the room. You can get coffee from the reception amenities corner to make it in the room.
Daily cleaning of the room is upon request. You attach the sign on the door if you need towels only or whole room cleaning.
Breakfast available if you pay. I cannot say it was very rich buffet. Can be improved.
The best part of the hotel is its location and there is a convenient store downstairs, which is 24 hours open. there is an entry via hotel to the store. Its great.
The downside:
1. They don’t provide bottled drinking water.
2. No coffee machine where you can get free caffeine fix like a lot of the hotels in Ginza.
3. The people at the reception don’t speak good English. They rely on a gadget on hand that translates their responses to your queries.
4. The staff at the restaurant don’t speak good English. Took a while before I was able to request that my soggy bacon strips be cooked crispy, which they later said won’t be allowed next time. “Today only, next time no more.” is what the lady managing the buffet told me.
As per usual strict here in japan check in is 3 on the dot quick and easy had a few hours till check in so had the suit case chanined up in the lobby till the time come, friendly tho bland customer service and no information passed on with the do's and dont's and what the hotel has to offer just had to figure that out myself not really a big deal.
Hotel very close to train station only couple minute walk depending on what line you want wether its ginza station or shinbasi. Plenty of resturants around and vending machines in the laundry downstairs otherwise family mart down ground floor,7/11 next street over next to hotel musse and don quito a couple minute walk away.and free amenties on reception floor with a mixture of items you dont need to pack when travelling when supplied for you
Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and child and baby with the 3 pretty comfortable beds pyjamas also provided, also clothes recycle box out near elevators on room floor for your old clothes you dont want which i thought was great as i buy and leave my clothes when travelling to maximise souviners in suitcase back home so there not going to waste.please refer to photos as the page looked like it needed updating and hopefully provides enough information if i mightve missed anything. Location is deffiantly great easy minimal walking distance to a range of activties, trains, eaterys ect
Well situated for Ginza and Shinbashi. Family Mart next door which is very convenient.
Only slight moan is there is a sister hotel with the same name a few streets away which causes confusion (we obviously weren't the first given they have a pre-prepared map!).
We stayed two nights as a base to go north and south of Tokyo since it is 15 minutes from Tokyo station.
The staff took great care of us and helped us with everything we needed on our first days in Japan. The rooms are small but made the most of. We went with 2 mountain backpacks and 2 small ones for everyday use and we had room for everything despite how compact it is.
If you plan to go to Tokyo I really recommend this hotel.
The hotel is clean and pleasant with a nice lobby.
Breakfast offers Japanese dishes and more "continental" foods. Everything is very good and the breakfast room is pleasant.
The rooms are very good but can be a little small to handle luggage. Small downside: the air conditioning located just above our heads in the bed.
Note: the hotel offers washing machines and dryers.

"The staff speaks very little English, bu this was true everywhere in Japan. Many people understand but used phone apps to translate."Read full review
