I visited palace recently . Explored the area looks cool place costly though the area surrounded with lush green garden a pool and bar good restaurant. Rooms are good but substandard, heritage property. Overpriced.
Stayed in WH Taragarh Palace with my 23 friends for 3N4D in April 2022. Our stay can be summarised in two words "WAH TARAGARH PALACE". Awsome property in pin drop silence with beautiful view of Dhauladhar range. Superb hospitality. Plenty of options in the Menu with great taste. Special thanks to whole kitchen staff who servedvery delicious food in a very hygenic manner. Well maintained rooms with neat and clean linen, clean bathrooms with all accessories really make the Resort favourite. We would like to thank GM Mr.Munish Sharma and allfront office staff alongwith Mr. Bharat Rana for their warm hospitality. They are nice Gentlemen with a very caring attitude for their in-house guests needs. If you are planning to visit Palampur, don't give a second thought, come straight away to WH Taragarh Palace, The Best Resort of Palampur and feel the difference. Three Cheers applause to the Owners, Management (specially Mr. Rauben in Delhi Office) for providing a nicely maintained Resort. Really a JEWEL OF PALAMPUR. Thanks…
Beautiful ambience, great hospitality and food of high standards. It was a mesmerising experience. Any one planning to visit palampur, should try it once. Rates are reasonable with experience of royalty
I stayed in the property for a day and the experience was worth the cost. Their buffet breakfast is the best and staff is very good. Their heritage haveli is a worth visiting place and the place is beautiful. It's easy to locate the property.
From checking in to checking out, Taragarh Palace had etched in my memory in a very profound manner. Not just me but even my 11yr old daughter doesn't seem to stop speaking about her experience with her friends and peers. Taragarh Palace gave us an opportunity to actually experience and relive the glory years of the Royals of India. Everything you do, you can feel the royalty, be it the well-curated lawns or the vast halls decorated with the grand paintings of the royal family or while strolling among the long corridors with your loved ones or while you are having your supper on bone china with the royal insignia marked on it. The best part however is the members and the staff of Taragarh Palace, who make you feel special with their soft, courteous ways, always will make you feel special. Yet all these and the excellent location overlooking the Dhauladhar mountain range, surrounded by the tranquility of nature, will leave you in awe of the place. A must for all those who love nature loves treating their loved ones in a special way, or are simply travel buffs. It will most certainly be our family ritual to visit Taragarh Palace whenever we are visiting Palampur.…
