I have not seen all the rooms in the hotel but generally a double room is for 2 people with a "double " bed. A single room is for 1 person with a smaller single bed that fits only 1 person. On the Okura web site you can... More

Can’t recall seeing a menu. I only ate at the hotel during breakfast and it was buffet style. Anyway the spread was wide ranging and of good quality, so don’t worry about it.
