We had the executive suite and it was a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and a pleasure to walk around in. There is easy access to the palace and a subway station is nearby. The best part was the friendly service.

Hi, no idea either. In fact I looked on their site and couldn't find where it said that. However, it's a really good hotel, friendly and in a good place.
