Had a wonderful time away in Lusty beg in October. We upgraded our room for the chalet. It was a lovely little retreat for the weekend! Loads to do in the area and on the island too. Some beautiful scenery on the island on a nice day, and even better for my proposal to my then Girlfriend/now fiance Would definitely... More

we stayed the week after new years just for a get away and it was just a lovely place. Could not fault the staff, all were so lovely and welcoming. We ate in the restuarant on both nights - it was the same menu as bar food but like somewhere to sit. Food on the first night was outstanding, highly... More

Feels very much an American or Scandinavian backwoods retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed this two night break which was a gift from our two sons. The location and scenery are incredible and we even had a lifting of cloud and glimpse of sun to appreciate the views. On a pure review level, as I guess 'experienced travelers', we would rate it... Plenty of room to unwind and relax with everything you'd need for a short stay. The beds are top notch, so comfortable. Great big verandas perfecting for BBQs in... More

Just back from a mid week break. Absolutely amazing. Lovely warm rooms in -2 weather. Had 2 seaweed baths, spent the day by the pool and the sauna really helped. Wrap up warm for the ferry across if your traveling by foot. The views are spectacular. The most amazing friendly staff ever. Laura's French martinis are to die for. Food... More

Variety of accommodation including waterside houses. All accommodation linked by well kept paths leading to bars restaurant and function suite. Staff very helpful. Spa and pool complex offer great value treatments using locally produced skin treatments. Thoroughly recommend this place for anyone touring the lakes or western Ireland. Photographers dream weather permitting.
