The hotel should look into the in-room amenity part on a serious note and the staff to be well trained for the service part. Else I would suggest anyone to book this hotel. Note: we tried booking this hotel directly and ended up paying nearly 3000 without breakfast for double occupancy and later got to know in MMT it was lesser and changed the booking as online. Chances to get cheated are higher when you approach them directly. That's the only very very bad impression on them. They call up everyday asking if breakfast is required where in we were paying almost 3000 without breakfast and trying to make additional revenue. Wi-Fi was very poor and was of no use for all three rooms taken. Basic things like guest service, amenities and Wi-Fi to be improved. Food was good and was priced par to the quality. The service also was up to the standard. Even though had advised them for a better breakfast option. For a 4 star as the staff mentioned the hotel categorisation it's not to the mark. However I would recommend for a stay as the place is clean and hygiene for a night or two's stay…

RB Palace hotel was located centrally and in main market area. Easily reachable location in plus point. Also this is good hotel in this city. I have search lot and finally decide to stay here. My all over experience was great. Service was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Room was small bur well maintained.

Good location on the main road, walking distance from the railway station. Nice rooms and great service, the staff are very friendly. Ask for a bigger room. Restaurant food options are good and right priced.
