Very good facility, good premises, warm staff and good food. Room Service is very fast and staff is very active. During the cold weather in May, breakfast served was always hot and yum. Though rooms are little small but are very cosy and have electric mattress to keep us warm in sizzling cold weather. Over all best experience in forest hill resort.

The property in not in the middle of the market and you may need a full time car to drive around. However it is not very far from the main Pahalgam market and taxi stand. The hotel seems to be renovated and the rooms were in a good shape. They have limited options in breakfast and dinner as they have buffet for the same. However, the food was good and they kept serving as and when the items were getting over. The staff was ok and were always quite. They were always available when called and gave a quick service. The property does not have a lift and one has to climb a few stairs. if staying on level 1 or 2. The staff was prompt to handle the luggage at the time of check in and check out. The property had a good view and a small garden area where you can have your team/coffee in the morning to enjoy the view. Overall it was a decent stay.

One of the best Value to money hotels in Pahalgam. Location is away from hustle of Market which may be matter of high interest to most of the people. One thing which i have to mention is that the Staff is highly professional alongwith being very friendly. Mr. Javid is such a efficient Manager who will assure the quality service to his guests ,gem of a person with flawless managerial skills. He wont hesitate a bit to make any extra efforts which makes stay at his property memorable... AWESOME EXPERIENCE ALTOGETHER.

Horrible, filthy, understaffed. Don't go there. They must learn to sweep, mop, clean the general areas as well as the food/ eating area. It's filthy. Staff are unprofessional
Bathrooms are grimy. More like a one star guesthouse run by incompetent people. Food was hopeless.

I was planning to visit this place with my College Friends who live outside of Kashmir. So finally we after long wait and disturbances we managed to go in August last year. And believe me our experience was amazing and Adventurous because there was non availability of hotels as Yatra was about to completion and there were no rooms available. But lastly with lots of exploring and all we finally got a deluxe room here. The Food was delicious The service was spot on amid the fuss we had gone through we forgot everything. There Manager was very generous and helpful Mr. Abid the gentleman took a good care of our needs and helped us with other Amenities in the area... Thank you for making our visit memorable we hope to come there again in near future!

I had booked this hotel based on the reviews here, and though some things were good, but other things were bad, which ultimately the stay a forgettable experience.
The hotel location is far from the main market ,and also not close to Lidder river, you can only catch a glimpse of a stream if you search for it. The hotel has a lot of stairs which caused problems for my parents. The ambiance inside the premises is good, especially the lawn outside.
The hotel room was modern, nice and cozy, but small for 3 people. The heating from the electric blanket was good, and they did provide extra mattress. The attached bathroom was quite big with good shower enclosure.

I recently stayed at the forest hills resorts(Pahalgam)and I had an exceptional experience. My needs were met and my comfort was ensured. What really stood out was the hospitality given byMr.Aabid who has been an incredible host and made sure to make my stay at the hotel wonderful and full of memories. Altogether my stay felt thoughtful and enjoyable. If you are looking for a hotel that serves you the best hospitality and full of great experiences it’s a must visit.

Worst food i ever had in my life. Rooms are cozy but clean. Washroom is in neat and clean condition. Staff is very cooperative but not professional. No Hot water in washroom at morning. Towels were not provided earlier also bedsheet was not changed.

Beautiful hotel with great view and amneties from room. But their management is unprofessional. Weve booked valley view front rooms. First they tried to give us two rooms in a underconstruction building. But we protested hard. Then they changed our rooms and gave us good rooms. I wanted room heater on they said its only for winter. But when a large group checked in hotel and wanted room heater they started it. Totally unprofessional. Good food,but im not sure it wouldhave been if that large group was not there.

We booked this property for 2 days but due to unfortunate weather condition at gulmarg we couldn't arrive the first day..The manager was too kind to refund us the full amount of the day.
