We bought a deal 2 nights B&B, park tickets for Tayto Park & Funtasia which was good value. Hotel is easy found, being situated just off the Motorway & both attractions were nearby. The 1st evening we ate in the restaurant, the food was disappointing. The second evening we went to The Lime Kiln Gastro Pub, Jullianstown (just 3 miles...

The room was nice enough. But we were in transit, and we booked the hotel in order to be able to get to and from the airport easily. We exited customs at 10:32 p.m. and the next bus to the hotel (which I had prebooked on) was at 11:30. Since I was traveling alone with my child, I thought I...

It's a very nice hotel but overpriced for what and where it is. Nothing overly amazing about it and it's right off a motorway so it's not like you have amazing views! Rooms are comfy and big and the breakfast is nice I just don't think it's worth what we were charged

We stayed here in July 2015 for 1 night before flying from Dublin and 2 nights on our return, when we explored Newgrange and Tayto Park. We were using the hotel as a base and realised that it was more of a business hotel. In my experience, these are usually ok as long as you're not expecting too much. As...

Stayed in CityNorth last night for a family visit to Tayto Park today. Great inter-connecting family room. 3 young kids. Great value and selection on dinner menu. To the manager, Niamh W is a star. Friendly and capable. My 7 yr old mentioned that a picture and some pencils would've been a great addition. And now for the downside...the breakfast. Fruit...

Right from check in, the staff are genuine, friendly people. Not afraid to chat and have a bit of banter. This is a great trait that is becoming rarer. Go to Killarney now and all you get is americanisms and how quickly can they get you in and out of the restaurants. They are selling their soul for a dollar....

Can't fault the hotel and staff, friendly and easy going. Good base for visiting Tayto Park. It'd be an ideal Family hotel for visiting the area if it had a leisure centre.
