My husband and I stayed here for 1 night to celebrate our wedding anniversary and his birthday. The room was clean but could do with a makeover. The beds were terrible. My mattress had a big dent in it and my husband's wasn't much better. He woke up with a pretty sore back the next morning. The gymnasium was average...

We have just attended a fabulous wedding at the Johnstown Estate and couldn't fault a single aspect of the organisation. Check in was prompt and efficient by the friendly receptionist, the room was spacious and well equipped, the main public areas have been completely refurbished and looked very contemporary and classy. So far, so good, but the best was yet...

I came here for a wedding reception. It is a nice hotel with nice grounds. The room was big and spacious but nothing great. The food at the reception was good but it didn't do anything for me. The breakfast was very good. Good variety of choices. The drink prices were on a par with central Dublin-far too high. The...

Having joined the leisure centre for over 3 years and continuously attend classes, I believe credit is given where due. I must give a special mention to the wonderful Gordon. Gordon only recently joined and made a huge difference to the classes, bringing a fun element to fitness. He is super involved in the classes, works with you to ensure...

I booked my daughter's Communion meal back in january '17 for a large number of people. We had our meal in the new Fire & Salt restaurant. Food was fine, served warm, probably would have enjoyed it if it was hot! Service was fine also. As this was a very special day for my daughter I was hoping that the...

Lovely hotel. I just had an overnight, so can't comment on the Spa, though I've read good reports. The lovely receptionist upgraded me to an executive suite as there was confusion about my booking, the website I booked through not having sent details of my arrival to them! Nice touch by the receptionist and was equally friendly and helpful to...

Dear John O, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback and the 5 Star Review. We appreciate your positive feedback on our reception team and delighted to hear you received an upgrade.
