Our friends were getting married on the Saturday so we were staying for a long weekend. All the staff were excellent, from the bar staff and wedding function staff on the Saturday to the staff on Sunday in the main bar. Emma was lovely to chat to and even though it was obviously busy as it was also Fathers Day,...

Went for a Birthday meal with husband. On arrival, it was obvious that the hotel was extremely busy. Despite not having a reservation, Michaella found us a table. Service was fast and efficient as was evident throughout the entire restaurant. Friendliness and professionalism of staff has to be commended. Special mention has to go to Chef Yannis and his team...

My friends and I went just for a wee break to get away from it all and away from it all we certainly did :) the hotel itself is fantastic however there is nothing much around the hotel to do. When we arrived, we got to our room and it was excellent!! Cleanliness, space and extras were great, there were...

Just spent a couple of nights at this hotel. The outstanding memory was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They clearly had a commitment to their role and worked as a team throughout all aspects of the hotel. The service offered by the dining staff deserves particular mention as they were on the ball in providing a first class...

Just spent a great two nights there. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly. I would recommend a spa treatment. I had the half day package with therapist Louise and it was fantastic. Food was great in Jacks Bar. Great value going for 2 courses for 16 euros or 3 courses for 20 euros. A definite must...

We stayed last week as part of our golf trip - the staff were extremely friendly at all times. We also eat in the restaurant and the food was excellent including very good value for money. We also had requested a pre 7am breakfast which was perfect - great choice, quality and freshness. Also, there was a wedding on the...

My husband and I arrived on a Saturday at the hotel to start our golf holiday - there was a wedding reception being held in the main lobby when we arrived with a dinner and dance held that evening. There was no parking for us as all the wedding guests took all the spaces. As well, the noise from the...

We got married in ballyliffen on 28/5/15 and only the drive up , which was forgotten about as soon as we arrived as we were greeted to the highest standard and made us so welcome. The wedding its self was out of this world and helped with every step even the Wedding Cake that callsopse on way down but the...

My son and daughter in law just had their wedding reception here on the 11th of May. We can honestly say that it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make the day go without any problems. From the moment they and their respective parents met with Roisin the wedding co-ordinator we knew we were in...
