Stayed for two nights with my husband, son and granddaughter. I can't praise the staff enough for their friendliness and attention, my granddaughter was made very welcome. The evening meal and breakfast were hearty and filling and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The playroom could do with some attention, I think they must have had a band of marauding...

Check in was quick and our room had a lovely view looking out over Pollan Bay and the mountains. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with plenty of space, hospitality tray, hairdryer and TV....

The bathroom was dirty and was outdated. The double bed was tiny and uncomfortable and poorly decorated. Food was average...
