Detailed Reviews
We loved this hotel. The location is isolated and quiet which was lovely, but being high up in the hills, the views, especially during storms were amazing. We had a car and anything we needed was just short and easy drive. The staff in the car park were really friendly and helpful and waiting for the trolley to the room never took long.
we stayed in a waterfall villa and it was gorgeous, it was nice and spacious and we loved the split level living. The pool was big enough to bon about and swim in without being too big. My one and only gripe with the room is that the air-conditioning runs off of a plastic tag on the keys. This meant arriving at the room it was stuffy and hot (after a long drive from the north of the island), and also if you were out for a short time (ie for breakfast) and wanted to leave it running, this wasn't possible. I understand this may be an energy saving scheme but I would have thought it would be more efficient to to keep the room cool rather than letting it heat up (which it does very quickly as three walls are glass) and then run the air con at full blast to cool it down again. I would expect this at a budget hotel but at a luxury boutique hotel, I found this annoying, and the only reason I had have had to take a star off. The wifi was patchy however the staff were excellent and gave us a dongle to use until it was restored.
One morning we had a visit from a beautiful flying snake. We had to ask for it to be removed as it started to size me up, and again they were very quick and efficient at doing this.
The food was very good from what we had. Breakfast each morning was delicious, really good quality and fresh buffet items and then eggs cooked but the egg chef. We were never left wanting. We have the in room candle lit meal and everything about it was perfect. It was one of the best meals of our 2 week stay. The staff really set it up to make it look nice.
If you have a vehicle, it is well worth visiting the coffee shop located vertically above the resort, it has some of the best views on the island and their French toast is out of this world!
Reception staff were really pleasant and helpful too, arranging the candlelit dinner and arranging a late check out for us.
We would definitely stay here again, the tranquility and setting were just amazing, the air con could have been better in the heat of summer.

Rooms
The rooms at Villa Zolitude are impeccably clean, with a delightful touch of sliding doors that add to the room's aesthetic. Surrounded by lush natural vegetation, the rooms offer a serene ambiance. However, some rooms have visibility issues where people can see inside, but this can be easily remedied by sliding the doors shut.
Location
Villa Zolitude boasts a prime location that strikes a perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. It's remote enough to offer tranquility but close enough to nearby stores for any essentials. This makes it an ideal spot for those looking to unwind without being completely isolated from necessary amenities.
Staff
The staff at Villa Zolitude are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, their limited proficiency in English can make ordering room service a bit challenging at times. Despite this, their courteous demeanor and willingness to assist make for a pleasant experience. The front desk manager and the young woman who assists him are so nice and I appreciated their kindnes during my stay.
Amenities
The 24-hour shuttle service within the property is a fantastic convenience, especially given the resort's uphill layout. This service ensures that guests can easily move around the resort without any hassle. The breakfast offered is outstanding, with a wide variety of choices catering to all dietary preferences. As a vegetarian leaning towards veganism, I found plenty of non-meat options, although non-dairy alternatives were lacking, which is common on the island.
Transportation
For getting around outside the resort, there's a taxi service on-site. However, I recommend using the Grab app for a more cost-effective option. This can significantly reduce transportation costs and provide more flexibility.
Pool and Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor pool is beautifully positioned next to the main lobby and meeting space, providing an excellent spot for relaxation. I stayed in the Waterfall Duplex, which I highly recommend over the standard pool. The waterfall feature helps keep the pool cleaner by clearing out fallen leaves and plants, and there's a pool net available for additional maintenance.
Overall Experience
My stay at Villa Zolitude was a gift from my husband, intended for relaxation, and it delivered just that. I cherished the peace, quiet, and privacy the resort offered. Room service was prompt and delivered with care, enhancing the overall experience. I loved my stay so much that I plan to return in December with my husband. Villa Zolitude has become my new favorite getaway spot.
As a geriatric millenial, I highly recommend Villa Zolitude for anyone seeking a chill retreat away from the commotion.

We stayed in the Waterfall Villa for two nights and it was perfect. This is a beautiful property, with amazing views and luxurious rooms
The hotel is tucked away in the trees, so there isn’t much to travel to locally on foot - be prepared to scooter/taxi if you need to go anywhere. The hotel offers free shuttles to a local beach for just the right amount of time, which worked out well.
All of the staff were great, always happy and helpful.
I would definitely come back

We stayed here for 7 nights in February. And ut was magnificent. When we arrived we got a welcome drink and where taken up to our treetop villa. The room and view where exactly what we thought it would be. All was clean and there where no bugs inside. Luckily the room upstairs has 2 ac so the temperature was good to sleep. The bed was amassing and having to good showers us really a plus so that after swimming you don't need to go up first .
A bid sad was that there is not enough hot water to completely fill the huge bathtub with warm water.
The rest of the resort is calm and no disturbance by other guests. You have the noise of the krikets more then what the sign says but we found that a calming sound and after a few days we did not here it any more.
The restaurant has really good food of every type of kitchen and the breakfast is for Thai standards exceptional. All fresh and a lot of choices for Thai and western breakfast choices.
The spa is really worth going. I had the best scrub and massage ever done by Så. So really thanks to her for treating me so wonderful.
Also ordering bbq or a romantic dinner in the villa is realy worth the money. You get lots of food and first class quality goods.
The best thing really is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. When we rang for the car to pick us up it took maybe 1 min or max 2. They really made our stay wonderful.
It is remote and in the area on foot is not much to do but with grab you easily have a taxi or you can rent a car or motorcycle.
We had the time of our life really

Absolutely Stunning Jungle Hideaway. The location is like a dream come true, staff is most attentive and friendly,no wish has been left open.
The food, breakfast and also dinner, was exquisite. I have rarely eaten such good food in a restaurant before. The breakfast buffet showed a wide variety of dishes, thai/regional as well as european/international, warm/cold, salty/sweet, cooled before the guests eyes and utterly tasty. When having lunch, the waiters would fill up the drinks, there was no waiting time at all for freshly cooked food and it was always hot and fresh, cooked to perfection.
The room itself was spacious, with a 2m bed as a centerpoint and a most beautiful view, as relaxing as can be, amidst the trees. There was a shower, bathtub and a seperate toilet. Only downside there was a rather weak flush and the showerhead was covered in lime. Overall very clean, as was the floor (shiny tropical wood and shiny stone) Also there was a veranda/patio and a downstairs pool plus another patio. A seperate, outside shower, toilet(hidden from neighbour's eyes) and sink as well as a living/ dry room next to the pool. Only downside was that the wood on the patio was a bit brittle from the tropical weather. The pool had a most agreeable view and was nice and clean.
There was well kept gym, clean with towels and water free of charge. Also the cleaning staff was swift and thorough.
We enjoyed complimentary activities such as sound bath and meditiation, which were an extraordinary experience.
There were quite loud cicadas, which did not bother us at all and added to the "jungle experience".
We LOVED our stay at Villa Zolitude and would have loved to enjoy some more says there. 10/10 would recommend!

Hidden in the mountains of Chalong, this beautifully set villa delivers what you pay for. The whole staff were very friendly and were ready to help us at any time. The food was very nice and provided us with good variety of choice. The spa had a relaxing and sensual atmosphere with very professional staff.
Upon arrival, the room we were given had a small problem with the air con, so they upgraded our room to the waterfall room, which was a nice gesture. We had a romantic candlelight dinner on our first night and other meals that we had at the restaurant were all lovely. I recommend the floating lunch as it was definitely a novelty having lunch in the pool. The gym was a little disappointing though - the machines were a little outdated and weights were limited. The main pool was big enough for the people staying and was a very nice spot to relax and have a couple cocktails but be careful as the wooden floor can get hot in the sun. The room was nice and spacious and included two levels but the only downside was I found there to be a lack of storage space for clothing especially for two people. Unfortunately, there were also a lot of bugs at night which meant that we couldn't have our windows open or relax outside our room at night. However, they do have a large range of DVDs available so one night we watched a movie in our room.
Overall, a nice experience and I would come back again.

Dear Kenta T, WOW! Thank you for such a raving review of our resort and team members, it is awesome that you shared your experience on Tripadvisor and it is greatly appreciated. Sadly all fantastic holidays must come to an end, but looking on the bright side one has to leave in order to return! As such we are looking forward to having you visit us again when your schedule will allow. Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at Villa Zolitude, it is greatly appreciated. As was pointed out it is great to be in the hills surrounded by nature rather than the hustle and bustle of tourist towns on the island. How amazing and delighted to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay with us at Villa Zolitude. Your kind words about your private villa and the best service and food presented by our resort team including Floating Lunch are greatly appreciated and I will be sure to share your compliments with the entire team here. Unfortunately, the gym is proving to be fixed at the moment, however, we are doing our best to rectify the situation. Once again many thanks for your comments and hope to see you and your party in Phuket in the future. We look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay! Warm regards, Paul - Ratchapol

Very relaxing and private place. The hotel have nice big pool villas. The hotel is in a remote area where you have to take the hotel shuttle busses or a taxi if you want to go somewhere or to buy some things outside the hotel area. Fortunately, the hotel has a really great restaurant with very good thai and foreign dishes on the menu.

Dear Kennethcas1978, Thank you for the terrific review! We love what we do at Villa Zolitude and we can't thank you enough for recommending us! As much as you do, we love our peaceful location away from the busy roads and traffic, allowing our guests to fully enjoy the true serenity and feel a world away hidden amongst the treetops. The location feels secluded despite the fact that we were only a few miles out of town, several stunning beaches and the best urban delights this tropical island has to offer. As you stated, community taxis are always available at your service at a reasonable price. Knowing you loved our resort and our wonderful staff just makes our day! Please come back soon! Blissful wishes, Paul - Ratchapol

My family and I had escaped the cold winter from Boston to Thailand for our vacation. For this trip, we stayed 2 nights in Phuket, and Zolitudes was just the right place for us. The private villa we stayed was very isolated and peaceful. We were able to relax and spend the family time together. The private pool and waterfall in the villa were very well designed and balanced for a family. The on-site restaurant (Bamboo restaurant) was wonderful. We had both breakfast and dinner at that place, and would recommend anyone to try their carbonara pasta. I also had a chance to use the spa. The service was great, and the massage therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to advice me about my back pain and how to handle it.
Other than the great amenities described above, everybody at the resort was very informative to treat their customers with significant care and attitude. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us.
We had to thank Mr. Paul for such a great hospitality at the resort, and made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely considered the resort when coming back to Phuket.

Dear Varatyong, Thank you so much for your candid and gracious comments. We’re happy that you enjoyed your stay as well as found our place truly paradise here! You did nail the fact that Villa Zolitude is a different side of Phuket where people can enjoy the simple pleasure of staying in a private tropical pool refuge, hidden amongst the treetops and the lush green surrounds – a place to regain balance and restore yourself through closeness to nature, tranquility and the natural rhythm of life. We want to bring our guests back to nature with a refreshing and renewing holiday experience as nowadays we all need a time of restoration. Thus we are so glad that you have discovered our resort. I am very much looking forward to welcoming you back to Villa Zolitude. Warm regards, Paul - Ratchapol B. Operation Manager

The villa and the amenities are somewhat pleasant, although these were a little rundown. We stayed in a four bedroom villa with private pool, which apparently was the only villa of its kind. Staff was attentive throughout the stay. Upon check out, it was rather disappointing how the staff dealt with a late check out request, which I quote, “late check out is not available as there will be new guests checking in to the room.” Surprisingly, this was not exactly the case, but a mere excuse or just simply ignorance. Very interesting how a unique villa of its kind would have an availability on all OTAs and hotel sites when there are guests checking in on the day. Not exactly how a “14.00 late check out policy” stated on its sites.

This Resort is so nicely hidden. It gave us a feel of a real peaceful, relaxing hideaway, just what we were looking for. At the same time, the one day we did venture out it was very supposing how close everything is. The east and west coast beaches are both less than 20min away, and tons of things to do nearby. We were there for 1 week and it felt like 1 day. All the staff always go to such great lengths to ensure relaxation and minimal effort. The perfect place to go for a true relaxing stress relieving vacation. When we go again it will be at least for 15 days!

Dear Vasilevskaiaiaiaiaia, WOW! I will pass on your kind comments to our entire team and am sure they will be delighted with the recognition. Sending you many thanks for your wonderful review on TripAdvisor.com. It is definitely a great pleasure to receive such positive feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay! Warm regards, Paul - Ratchapol

So you have two options at your disposal and both are lovely,
Option 1 is spending up to £35pp for Spa quality and very relaxing services provided by the Zense Spa within Villa Zolitude. I did two couples massages with my gf and we loved them
Option 2 is contacting local massage parlours and spas where the cost for the massage is around £6pp, use a local service such as Mr Chai so that you get the best island recommendations.
Both provide relief to tension and allow you to relax, however there is not as great an atmosphere to the local spa community unless you upscale and travel at which point it’s best to stick with Zense.
We mixed and matched as we decided to have massages every day ! but if you want a day to isolate and relax and not be too socially active, Zense is Amazing and worth your visit. The team are extremely professional and offer tea and oils to help the experience last and make it meaningful.
Good morning thank you for your question, please find below for your answer;
1. Treetop will be the best will more than Tropical
2. Horse, riding, sightseeing or diving
3. We've our own restaurant: Bambu restaurant but nearby our hotel is not far than 2 km
1. Yes you have a TV on each level
2. You would have to get the hotel to call for one as you won’t catch one walking off the property
3. It’s not a long walk, you follow the road not a stairway. The climb back up is steep but easily doable unless you have walking issues. A shuttle (cute little cars with no doors) will pick you up and drop you off very quickly if required.
None that I saw
