A large property at a good location. The staff at the resort are well trained, courteous and very approachable at any time of day. Food is excellent too. Special mention to Raghu and Atul Pandey for their service and recommendations.
One of the best resort in Hampi. Stayed with my family for the last week end. Royal Indian Thali served at Manwar restaurant was excellent. Full of greenish and we enjoyed a good leisure holidays with my family. The resort spread over 20 acres. The staff and food quality everything beyond our expectations.
I booked via my Club Mahindra membership and experience is below my expectations. Room quality is 3rd grade with worn out stuff needed to call staff to make things work be it AC remote or TV or fridge. Very expensive and below average food. Tea cost 175/- plus Tax, basic vegtable dish 475/- plus tax. Fruit juice 220/- plus tax Meal for couple will hit you 2000/-. GM Mr.Karunan was initially polite but when I complained for these things, he was indifferent. During checkout resort credit card machines were not working and they forced me to pay via UPI disregarding inconvenience I faced. It's a basic worn out 2-star resort where luckily staff is well behaved but below par in providing service but charges for everything is kept of very high.
Starting on a positive note - The property is huge and well-maintained. The lobby is big and beautiful. The restaurant staff is very polite and humble, especially Atul Pandey who packed food for us so that we don't get late for the train and still enjoy the delicacies. The van service around the property is very good. Raghav the driver was awesome in his skills while driving the van around the property. On an improvement note- The hotel units are a bit old. The switches, the curtains, and the bathrooms need an overhaul. Further, it's surprising that the BF area is on the 1st floor without a lift facility. Senior citizens find it difficult to climb. Further, there is no arrangement in the lawn area to serve BF to the senior citizens. Repairs service is poor. I faced serious difficulties in getting my internet connection fixed.…
Its good resort. Beautiful. Well maintained. have lots of space for walking. Breakfast was Ok. But after eating lunch and dinner felt a little uneasy, every time. Food was oily. Oil medium suspicious. Staff requires training. Under staffed. Travel desk charging exorbitantly. Its expensive so better hire car from outside.
I had an amazing experience here. Big and well maintained place. Amazing staff Ms Vaishali and Mr Atul pandey worth to mention for such nice stay, awesome food and memorable stay, will visit again for sure
We stayed here as a part of our club Mahindra affiliation and were really disappointed with our entire experience. The rooms were definitely upto club Mahindra standards and were old and in poor maintainence. The restaurant we ate in only once on our Stay was disappointing! The food was expensive and quality was not upto the mark! They supposedly had a rajasthani thali on offer but why would I want a rajasthani thali in hampi? The whole resort has a rajasthan theme going on that too in the middle of Karnataka! Over all we were really disappointed with our stay! The property is nice and green and that’s where I suspect the budget is spent on not the rooms.
Pros- 1. Huge property with lots of greenery 2. Friendly and welcoming staff at reception 3. Rooms are nice 4. Royal Indian thali is amazing (must try) Cons- 1. Property is under staffed, nobody will care if your AC will stop working at night 2. Very little lightning in evening in entire property, with so much of grass and open space you will feel scared of snakes and other insects for stepping out of room late evening 3. Food is super duper expensive, I mean tea is for rs 200, roti - 125/-, steamed rice - 350/- (biggest con of this property). Who have set this price, you are not a 5star property.
We stayed for 2 nights in Heritage Villa nestled in greenery all around. Rooms are large and neat.Baths are clean too. They serve sumptuous vegetarian food in their restaurant.Breakfast buffet is majorly Indian cuisine and very delicious.Mr. Kumaran's hospitality is commendable and they made sure we were looked after well.Courteous staff helped in making our stay a comfortable and memorable one.Property is near to Hampi's sightseeing areas also.
I couldn't believe this is a 5 star hotel. Their hospitality, facilities are too bad. They don't even provide bathing items like moisturizer, face cream. We wanted to check-in early. They didn't allow that and didn't give us anywhere to stay. Then we were checked in later than the check-in time because our room was not prepared. In food, we gave instructions which were not followed. The gym is an empty room. Any 3 star hotel in hampi is definitely better and cheaper than this.
