Made the short drive from Pezenas to this beautiful domaine and had a delicious wine tasting with the owner Jonathan, who not only has incredible wines, but also great stories about the history of the place. If you are in the area, make sure you stop by and have a taste!

I found this place on the internet to stay with some friends. Anne, Jonathan and Daniel were wonderful hosts! The Domaine is stunning - quiet and relaxing, set away from the main road. The rooms are beautifully appointed with tasteful period furniture, yet with a few modern luxuries to really help you unwind (my bathroom was fabulous!). We also had...

We attended the first themed wine tasting on Monday 4 May. The theme was Picpoul de Pinet v Vermintino. Our visit exceeded our expectations! It was a fantastic day learning about the history of the domaine, tasting some lovely wines, accompanied with fresh oysters and finished off with a delicious home cooked lunch on the terrace. Great hosts, great wine,...

Very nice wine tour and tasting! Jonathan is quite knowledgable about the history of the domaine, Daniel was a great host sharing many wonderful wines with us, and Anne prepared a delicious lunch for us, served outside their absolutely lovely domaine! While we did not stay at the domaine, we were able to get a tour of it...and it is...

Anne, Jonathon, their son Daniel and Helena run a fabulous establishment and each makes a wonderful contribution to the overall enjoyment of your stay. Domaine Sainte...

We have already been in Domaine St. Hilaire twice and certainly will be back! When arriving the first time it was clear: this is it! You can feel Anne and Jonathan's hospitality in every detail of the guesthouse. Domaine St. Hilaire is the most perfect place to enjoy South of France in all it's facets: plan trips to villages around,...

We revisited the domaine in September and this time took along some friends. We received the same fabulous hospitality despite the harvest continuing around us. Anne cooked a superb meal for us although Jonathan's generous wine tasting beforehand meant we staggered to the table! The tranquility at the domaine is very welcome. Anne & Jonathan are generous in sharing their...

I am not a particularly religious person but I have wondered how heaven might shape up if I am lucky enough to get an invite and if I have any say it would be the same as Domaine Saint Hilaire !! From the minute you arrive everything was excellent - the welcome from Anne, our room (Levant), the property, vineyard,...

Having watched the film "A Good Year" I knew exactly the type of property I wanted to stay in. I absolutely found it in this beautiful and idyllic luxury bed and breakfast. The location is stunning - a peaceful, rural retreat surrounded by vineyards. We received a warm welcome from the owners, Anne and Jonathan and were shown to our...
