We stopped just for the night on a tour through the surrounding wine country. As soon as we entered the front door, we wished we were able to stay longer. The decor was lively and the furnishings comfortable. We enjoyed talking with the owners who were welcoming and helpful. It was winter so we could not spend time in the...

If you want to stop somewhere and feel home atmosphere ; I truly recommend this place. The feeling is exactly the same when you left your friends for quiet a long time and finally back together, it's like you have always known them, you are welcome and the life goes on. Everything is sumptuous ; the way how the rooms...

Everything about this place is supercool! The hosts are very cool and nice and the interior is bohemian chic with a perfect mix of new and old design. The supercute little dog named Gump added the "homie" feeling. Our children loved him. The towels and bedlinen smelled fantastic. Hope to be back again some time.

The little town of Sandre-Andre-de-Roquelongue seems rather drab and colorless, indistinguishable from a dozen other towns that we passed through in this coastal plain, but it's located within easy reach of the many attractions of the area, from Narbonne to Carcassonne.. Within it, Demeure de Roquelongue is a delightful island of friendly comfort. A large old house built by a...

We stayed with friends at this charming and stylish chambre d'hote for 3 nights. Excellent food and very comfortable rooms together with delightful hosts made our visit memorable. A splendid base for exploring this lovely corner of France. John and Christiane Whitaker Lot et Garonne France.

Stephanie and Christophe have created a wonderful, very typical French bed and breakfast. My husband and I stayed at Demeure de Roquelongue for 4 nights and it was an idyllic get away from our busy lives. The French décor is beautiful but very relaxed, the house, the pool and the gardens are all beautiful. Everything is geared to create a...

We think so! A handsome house beautifully converted and decorated ( its in a number of French design magazines). It is situated on the outskirts of a village right in the middle of the Courbieres 20 wine route. Surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills this is a truly beautiful location. There are fabulous restaurants within easy reach, we ate at...

Amazing property with outstanding décor: large and individually unique rooms, garden, pool and lounge. The village has little but a small shop but the Demeure de Roquelongue is a perfect central location for visiting many vineyards plus Fontfroide Abbey, Lagrasse, Narbonne, Peyriac, Homps, Gruissan, Carcasonne etc. The British and Kiwi couple running the B&B (covering for the French owner) were...

I was just sorry we only had one night ! Everything was so delightful. We wanted a ChambreD'Hote that was close to Abbey Frontfroide as we had booked a Tapas and music evening there, it couldn't have been simpler, a wonderful area to explore, we shall definitely book in again .... The owners were wonderful, very easy going and helpful. The...
