Sure its not located near shopping or happening areas but sometimes you don't really want to? The metro is literally a few steps away from the entrance which can connect you to Ximen or Taipei Main Train Station or Taipei 101 in a few stops. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly including the doorperson and housekeepers. Had a triple room amd it can fit 3 adults comfortably with space to open up our luggages. Toilet is huge with a shower AND a separate bathtub. Would love to stay here again.

This is the default hotel that I will stay whenever I go to Taiwan due to its accessibility from the MRT station (3 mins walk from MRT station with slope for travelers with heavy luggage. There are also lots of convenience stores and eateries nearby. Excellent choice for both solo traveler and travelling with families.

The Hotel is somewhat new and is very centric, however: 1- No option for early check in or late check out. Staff’s only solution was to pay for another night 2- No power-outlets / usb ports next to the bed. This is a necessity these days 3- No iron. Seriously, they can have one that is shared with the entire hotel. 4- No laundry service. If you have no irons please provide laundry service 5- Awful gym: only a treadmill and a couple weights (the heaviest being 20lb). 6- Internet is very faulty and unstable. Speeds barely get to 30mbs 7- No social areas. The lobby barely has a seating space were you cannot drink/eat. They promote a balcony social area which is only available for events. If someone is going to visit you is better to go somewhere else. 8- no umbrellas. It started pouring, the solution is get soaked wet crossing the street and see if the 7 eleven has some. They should have some at a minuimum for sale 9- kitchen always closed

Nice clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Money exchange in the lobby which is very convenient. Metro station right at the front door. There is nothing much around the hotel within walking distance. But with metro station so close by it's easy to go anywhere.

Can't say enough about this assuming hotel in the middle of the city. Six friends, all of whom are seasoned travelers, came to Taiwan for vacation and spent a week at this hotel touring the city. This isn't a high end hotel with huge chandeliers in the lobby - I see no reason to pay for that. It offers good size rooms, excellent bathrooms, modern conveniences (plenty of outlets and USB ports), good service and cleanliness. And the MRT stop is at the front door so you can get anywhere in the metropolitan area in just a few steps. You're not in the busiest part of the city, but we found so many great places to eat within walking distance. The Da'an Forest Park and the weekend Jade/Flower Exhibits, two places not popular with tourists, are only 2 blocks away. The only downside is that the dining room is under renovation, but who eats at the hotel in Taipei?

Conveniently located right next to the MRT station, Park Hotel is near many tourist attractions and eateries. The hotel rate was reasonable. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Nancy. They were able to give many recommendations as to where to find what. They also helped us with translation with an important phone call from the Uber driver. The elevators were fast and efficient. The room was nice and clean. There is no microwave in the room. The hotel restaurant was closed for renovation, and there was no room service. The hotel has an outside laundry service which worked well and was reasonable in price.

I stayed at Park Taipei in Nov 2022 for 18 nights. It was one of my best hotel experiences. The staff is very polite and helpful. The location is just super. It's next to the MRT, the bus stop, and a Ubike station. There is also plenty of coffee shops and eating places on Fuxing S. Rd (where the hotel is) sec 1 and sec 2. SOGO and Far East department stores are just one MRT stop away on the MRT brown line. Be sure to check out the small alleys on sec 2 of Fuxing S. Rd for coffee shops and eating places. The room was just about the right size for me. Very clean, modern, and well-decorated. Although the MRT tracks are visible from the room, I could hardly hear the train which starts running at about 5:30AM. Will definitely book rooms at Park Taipei again on my future trips to Taipei.

Stayed at several hotels in Taipei before discovering Park Taipei. Since our first stay with the property, it became our go-to hotel whenever we go to Taipei. A clean business hotel with mostly everything you will need. On lean seasons, we were given room upgrade with 101 view. MRT just right outside. Offers free parking also which makes it so much more convenient. Back when there was still breakfast buffet, the options were a bit limited but good enough to start the day. Then Covid started, breakfast was removed but set lunch was offered— the meals were so delicious! When we went back in July though, lunch was no longer on the menu. Customer service is good. Highly recommend!
