This hotel is located in the most convenient place possible. Minutes from Ximen station and the Presidential Office Building. Hotel itself is very nice. We went there with our baby. Best thing about Taipei is you can always find lots of things to eat everywhere.

This is my 2nd time booked this hotel for accommodation in Taipei. The hotel location is superb, 3mins away from Ximending station. Everything is good about this hotel, good customer service, the hotel room is clean and comfy, plus the buffet breakfast has good varieties as well. The hotel has 3 elevators, however it was Super slow. At many times we need to wait rather Long for the elevator to arrive. Perhaps the hotel management can look Into this.

Heard loud knockings on the door in the middle of the night.A screaming noise can also be heard.Breakfast without much selections. The card for using to reserve table not useful while some inconsiderate guest didn't even bother about the card.Waiting at the lift lobby usually takes a long time and usually crowded.

Other than the location, nothing’s great about this hotel. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Spacious room. Dated interior. Bedsheet was yellowish when I checked in, had to ask them to change it. No bath robes. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Can hear noises because they were renovating. Rather use my own toiletries than theirs.

I recent stayed at this hotel whilst location was great & room reasonable size the stay was spoilt by our checkout experience; during our stay we accidentally drop a teacup saucer which they insisted on charging $200 when it could not have caused more than $20; it was an accident not deliberate vandalism; you think that they would have waived the charge to keep customer happy; definitely will not stayed there again M.Leong Room 831(5/2/20)

stayed here with my parents for a week and it was great. Most of the KKDAY and KLOOK trips do pick up right around the corner and the train statin is just at the back of the hotel, its so easy to access. Its also right across Ximending where all the good food are. Definitely a good place

Firstly, the pluses. The hotel is steps from the MRT and across the street from the main shopping district of Ximending, with lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent location. The minuses: the room was tiny for the money. There is just a single bank of three lifts/elevators for a hotel that has upwards of 500 rooms so expect long waits at peak times. Peak time breakfast was a zoo and the selection poor. My room had some kind of cooling unit outside the window that sounded like a giant refrigerator when it kicked in during the night. A lot of noise in the hallway from inconsiderate guests too. But would I stay there again? Yes. For the location. If I couldn’t find another comparably priced hotel nearby.
