Location can’t complain, yet for “Executive Double” I did expect a bit more than I got. The room wasn’t lit enough.(not enough lighting) The bed is a combination of two single beds and the cushion was a big disappointment, and it wasn’t due to personal preference of harder or softer cushion. Two pillows (saggy ones) were not “hotel” standards I guess for double rooms. It reminds me of those hotels in Kansai, where the only area where I can open a 30 inch luggage fully is the entrance area. Would pay around USD 70-90 for a room like this exclu. breakfast during non-pandemic time. More than that there’s minimum 5 better options within 3 blocks.
Trendy hotel is a hippy neighborhood. This place is most suitable for young people who do not mind living at a smaller space to get a better location. Lots of good food options around. Fantastic value!
I arrived quite late in the evening but the free dinner was yet available. I had some noodle and some other snacks as well as some drinks. For the breakfast it's important to arrive quite early and I had no problem in finding some small sandwitchs and other small things. My single room was quite small but very well organised. The price was really exceptional considering what you receive.
My husband and I have been to Taipei at least 7 times now, and we were going to book our standard close to the main station hotel, but instead, I found Finders. Perfect location Reasonably priced Clean modern room Great lobby with snacks to hold you through any long touristy day. Outstanding personnel manning the desk So glad we did not book our old stand by.
Finders Hotel is awesome! Very friendly, super helpful staff :-) A very cool vibe in their lobby, with snacks available any time - and sandwiches you can take in the morning. Great location only a few minutes from Taipei Main Station, and there are also two other subway (MRT) stations even closer to hotel. We're an older couple, and very much enjoyed all the young people who stayed at this hotel, highly recommend!! We'll be baaaaack...
I very much enjoyed my stay here. Staff are friendly and energetic. The lobby is unique and interesting. My room was clean, modern and stylish. Had English tv channels. The laundry room was convenient and a good price. Great location. But the best part was the cafe area in the lobby, which served free drinks, sandwiches, noodles, steamed buns, tea eggs, toast, and all sorts of little Asian snacks. I saved quite a bit of money eating at the hotel. They also played movies on a big screen but it was a bit too noisy to watch. Would definitely recommend!
Small rooms but clean and decent. Good accessibility - about 5 minutes away from the MRT & Ximending. The counter staff were extremely helpful in terms of booking reservations for us and also telling us which MRT stations we should head to for places of interest. Most staff can understand and speak English. Lovely snack bar with great variety, and decent entertainment options available in the hotel (ie dartboard, foosball table etc).
A very lovely place with nice and friendly helpful staffs! Excellent snacks for kids and big guys. Delicious sandwiches with only 100 pcs, this make you have the energy to get up early, Haha. 24 hrs free flow of coffee and tea with wild choices of cup noodle and you will not feel hungry at late night. We choose a room with window and the room was clean and tidy. The small thing was no matter we and with the help of housekeeper, the room temperature still stay cold…… We then ask for another blanket and pillow. The bed was so comfortable that I miss the sandwiches. We will definitely come again when we travel to Taipei.
Stayed 4 nights during our last leg in Taiwan. I must say I'm extremely disappointed. Stayed in their family room and it was super small. There were no walking space in the room and it makes it very difficult for us to move around. We even contemplated to book another hotel and forgo our money but most of the hotels around are fully booked. The beds were very hard and we always ended up having backaches every morning. But they make it up by acceding to our requests for extra blankets and pillows with no charge. The thing that I really don't get is..... they do not have heater mode in their aircon or any sort of warming device. The front desk advice us to just switch off the air con in our room. The weather was around 10-15 degrees every night. What a terrible way to end our last 4 nights in Taiwan :(…
Nice hotel located around Taipei Station and Ximen station with less than 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel is located next to Yamazaki bakery. The hotel is decorated in fairy tale theme, which is quite fancy, even ‘clean the room’ sign or the city map they provided as welcome pack. The staff are helpful and friendly with great support on our request. The room may be a bit small with no window, but, overall, the place is good to stay. Amenities are provided. Hotel also provide drinking water, tea, coffee and some snack for all the guest 24/7 at the lobby. There is also recreation activities provided at the hotel lobby, including darts and kids room. With the price i have paid, i would said that the hotel worth all expense!
