Visited this hotel again and still good. Especially learn GM Dario has run this hotel for a year since he has a great experience on running Fairfield in Taichung. Wish he can shine this hotel and make the guests' stay joyfully. It is a simple stay but feel cozy and relax. The only expecting point is to open the lounge since it's always closed due to COVID (is it an excuse? ) Just a simple stay and enjoy the quiet moment in Taipei!

Nice building ， a very lovely grand, yet intimate and warm lobby, roomy and cozy rooms are comfortable and nice, and a great bathroom with a large, deep soaker tub. Has a lovely spread of breakfast buffet, and an amazing staff~ would love to be back and enjoy this property again~

I chose to stay here because of a friend's recommendation and I am glad I did. I arrived at the hotel feeling worn out but the front desk staff Vivin was attentive and professional. He also offered me a room upgrade with Taipei 101 view. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The only inconvenient thing to me specifically was the desk/table is not height-adjustable so I couldn't work an hour straight without stretching my body. Also I wish the property manager could put some proper floor padding in the gym (at least around the dumbbell area) so I didn't have to worry if I might damage the floor during workout.

The hotel front desk service was quick and friendly. The room was in great size with comfortable sofa. The bathtub was very comfortable. It is free to park inside the garage with unlimited in/ out. The bed was very comfortable . There are convenient store, restaurant, food stand and shops all within walking distance. Great for travelled. Was stay here many times and will keep come back.

My family and I have wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Taipei Downtown during 4/3-4/5. We got promotion to a suite from hotel. The suite is pretty clean and comfortable. We also had a very delicious dinner buffet at MJ Kitchen. The concierge agent, Kelly Chang, also provide an amiable service for all my questions. Thanks for a good service. It’s highly recommended to be a good 5 star hotel at Taipei.

Marriott Plat. Member. Still No Member’s lounge, shame for them. The trip was for experiencing courtyard Taipei Downtown. Everything was ok, front desk went through all “routine” like a robot without warm greeting when check in. The room was small with modern facilities, like USB outlet, touch control...etc. if you are here for business or just one night I would recommend this hotel, because it’s convenience locations. However, if you would like to experience better courtyard, I would say Courtyard Taipei is a much better choice! Overall this hotel has just pass as the courtyard’s standard, but still need to put more effort on “warm hearted”, “touchable” services.

The hotel is located in the center of Taipei city, it’s very convenient to everywhere in the city if you drive or you take Uber or taxi. However it is about 10 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station if you take the public transportation. The room was cozy with a great view of both 101 and the Mirama Ferris Wheel. Could be an amazing place to stay for NYE. The room was very neat and comfortable. Service was amazing and you could totally feel the staffs were well trained. I would like to specially shout out to Lily, Amity, Nat, and Sue for making my stay a memorable one. Every staff of course was wearing their masks on, but the above amazing staffs I met were very nice and hospitable with their tone of voice and their smily eyes.
