Currently hear everything from next door. Trying to sleep and the room next door is blasting the tv . Not much service from the hotel, only perks are location, and laundry room. Good thing i travelled to Taitung for 2 days, Was trying to check out early and change to a different hotel but booking.com wouldn’t allow. The price of the hotel goes up and down.

Stayed for 2 nights late November 2019, spent my morning walking at the nearby parks near an elementary school and my work hours at the convention centre and Taipei 101 - which is just across the street. The hotel is clean, practical and easy to locate. Many eating places nearby and the MRT station is just in front of the hotel.

2nd times in Taipei for business and 1st stayed in this hotel, because closer from 101 building. Nice hotel but as a guess just inform you that cafe or resto that you take a breakfast not belonging the hotel so the meal same day by day. And the service for cleaning is good. But the hospitality of reservation officer are bad. As the 5star hotel so poor the employees can understand English. Need improve your officer to know that important that English. Last for upset that charge 200TWD for missing one room card. Not recommend as you think to stay here.

Staff is not experienced, breakfast is a joke ! The rooms are very noisy - walls are as thin as paper so you can hear the staff from 6am in the morning! And music from the bar during the night Really a place to avoid !

Location great, easy access to many place of interests and room rate is reasonable, hotel staff are friendly too. However noisy from next room can hear clearly even with television switch on, overall room is clean & comfortable. Still recommended.

Superb location only a step away from Taipei 101. Room size OK , we stayed in vogue room. and hotel has coin laundry for guests. Breakfast needs major improvement in variations, and taste. Quite happy with our stay.

The hotel is centrally located and is very tidy and clean. It's absolutely "good value for money" for its convenient location. It can also easily access to the MRT system literally with an entrance right in front of the hotel. The staff were also very friendly. The only comment was that the rooms I stayed in did not have any window with it. I'm not sure if all rooms are without windows or just mine. Given the location, and it's just a hotel for a quick business trip, it's a good and convenient location that I will recommend still. Especially if it's for attending the conventions/exhibitions at 101 exhibition hall.

The place is just small but it is clean, comfortable and peaceful to stay if you're looking for a hotel near Taipei 101. The receptionist and even the maintenance people are nice and smiling always. Outside the hotel is where you can stay or chill while looking up in Taipei 101 since its just in front and the place is accessible.

Reception staff (June 21 2018 at 8 am) for check-in was asked about taxi to airport. Staff said that he would call a taxi to airport, but price would be 1,400 NT$. I said how he knew the price. There must have been a taxi meter. He insisted that there were reasons that the price was 1,400 NT$. Later I got the point. Staff has his own taxi driver to collect some tips. Taxi never used a taxi meter. Staff received money from taxi driver. I saw it clearly. Taxi driver: A055733 Car: 878-N7. This driver apparently paid bribery to Reception Staff for arranging an airport trip at the cost of higher taxi cost to customer. I travelled same distance at 1,200 NT$ before.

This is a very unique hotel built under the ground ideal for weekend visit to Taipei Superbly located for 101 and the surrounding area of Taipei Twenty minutes by taxi to the High Speed main railway station Ideal for singles couples but not families Good basic 3/4 hotel in ideal location
