Me and a friend had a horrendous Airbnb experience and started looking for a hotel around 1am when we chanced upon Swiio hotel. We’re so happy we were assisted by the front desk personnel Sachi as she gave us fair rates and even called her manager for a discount. We were supposed to stay for a night but because of Sachi we ended up booking a room for the whole duration of our vacation in Taipei. Our overall stay was convenient and we’re definitely coming back to Swiio if ever we decide to visit Taipei again in the future. great location, great price, quick and prompt service - especially love the rain shower entrance is a little hard to find but other than that it is hard to find anything wrong with this establishment, i make it a point to book a stay here everytime i come to taipei

Didn't regret booking this hotel for 6 days, location is great! At the heart of Ximending shopping district, 3-5mins walk to ximen train station, lots of 24hrs mini marts around too, street food everywhere! Rooms are clean, 2 bottles of water are replenish everyday. I really do not have any complaints about this hotel, service is superb , location is exceptional very convenient! 5 out of 5 stars! Their staff Sachi is very friendly too, will try their best to answer all your questions. I will definitely stay at Swiio again the next time I visit Taipei.

Another of the conversions of upper floors of a building. Decent enough for a night or two. Comfortable bed and small but functional bathroom. Room itself of a decent size. My room had no windows and the air con was only just adequate (but remarkably quiet which was nice). Breakfast very limited - some meat, cheese and cereals plus toast. On the edge of Ximending so easy to walk places with lots of eating options nearby. Sadly it seems to be a hotel where people do not understand what "No smoking" means. The hallway was reeking when I left, from a nearby room.

The Hotel is just footsteps going to MRT Ximen station. The hotel is clean and the staff are all courteous and professional. The night market is just right there when you get out of the hotel. That was really a great experience. Everyone enjoyed our stay. Thanks Swiio Hotel staffs, you made our stay memorable.

We are a group of 4 booked 2 rooms and stay for 2 nights (Actually we went for 4nights but we decided to do hotel hooped, but it was a bad idea) This hotel is located right in the Ximending and in the same building of famous hotpot. We picked hotel from design and price (basically) And we all loved it so much that we wouldn’t want to change to another hotel The staff we met was very nice to us. We didn’t walk up for breakfast time lol Lobby was great for drinking
