It was a nice little weekend getaway for us with two little ones. Our boys loved the pool on the rooftop. There were also a few activities to keep them occupied. The spa was very relaxing. That in itself was worth the room rate. Staff was also very attentive. Thumbs on their services. Rooms are a bit dated, but maintained well. The neighborhood is nothing to write home about, but Taoyuan offers a ton of great and cheap southeast Asian cuisines, given the large migrant worker population there. The Thai food was just like those from Bangkok.

Service is good, especially, they support to combine the twin-beds into one single king-size bed. However, the hotel is very noisy at night, which can hearing sounds from the aisle, from next door, and from outside of the building. Hair dryer is also very old style. 飯店服務不錯,透過Agroda訂房時,並未顯示是兩張單人床.Check-in時才知道是兩張單人床,當天飯店無法換房,但是有協助幫忙併床成為一張大床.但是飯店隔音相當差.不論是走道上的人聲.隔壁房的說話聲,或者是浴室的水聲.或者是飯店外(馬路上)的車聲,都聽得一清二楚. 浴室的吹風機也相當老派(掛牆固定式),無法調整強弱跟溫度.只有開/關.不適合帶小朋友住宿的飯店.

My room was 1505. There was fresh fruit left in the room every day. The gym/pool/hot springs are on the next floor up, and there was constant noise of water running. The location is great with lots to see and do (and eat) within walking distance, as well as many popular exercise parks. The staff was awesome, and the rooms typical size, with balconies you aren't actually allowed to go out on :/. The rain Shower was magnificent, and I have missed it since I came home. The bed was much too hard for my taste, and it seemed odd that there were no top sheets, just a duvet to cover with. The price was excellent, but it's been a month and still unable to get an itemized receipt for my expense report for my stay, do NOT leave until you have all the paperwork!! They continue to say it was sent electronically and that they cannot help me retrieve it from wherever they sent it.…

I was only here for 2 couples days for work. Hotel fitted w an onsen which I can relax after work which makes this hotel stand out from the others. Around the hotel 15 minutes walk, u can find lots of restaurant and massage place too. Will be back.

Pros: Polite staff great onsen. (there are 2. indoor and outdoor which is rotated between men and women use every week.) many good restaurants around, including McDonalds located in an upscale residential area of Taoyuan. Surrounded by nice buildings. Cons: Hotel is dated but very clean.

打電話到飯店櫃檯請他們幫忙修wifi斷線的問題，迅速派人員上來除了負責維修的大哥外，還有一位女性服務員陪同，女職員笑說這樣客人會感覺安全些😌我開口表示飯店的安排很貼心，連訪客可能有的疑慮都預先幫妳設想料理好了😘 工作人員也是很有禮貌的說 有這樣令人安心貼心的服務，祝你們生意興隆😊 #claregratitudediary #福容大飯店桃園 They quickly arrange the technician to come to my room and fix the WiFi issue. But what really impress me is that they also sent a female staff to accompany the male technician, this little gesture is really going extra mile to think ahead of what a customer may concern even without the request of the customer. Hotel is sorrounded by great places to eat( hotel has a map in English as to where to walk around) A Carrefour Center ( for grocery and dry goods) is a short walk away. Rooms are spacious and neat. About 20 minutes from the airport.

We arrived very late at night to catch an early flight the next morning. Taxi fare from airport to the hotel was NT$ 500 around. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. They not only helped to answer our questions and booked a cab, he even helped to bring our luggages into the room! We had a great night sleep. Beds were comfortable and clean.

We paid NTD9000 for a room they called junior suite but it is worse than most basic room of any 4 star properties. The room is small and beddings so basic that there is not even an extra pillow around. Breakfast was poor as well. Despite the location and cheerful front desk staff and helpful housekeeping staff, I would not recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay Taoyuan.

Our room was small and dirty. They claim they’re renovating, but at least they could vacuum the carpet and replace the mat and chair covered with black mold. The location is not conducive to easy sightseeing. It was about 30 minutes from the airport and 60 minutes from major sites in Taipei and the main train station. The breakfast was adequate, but not well done—Tang instead of juice, skin on the warm milk, cold potatoes. At least no fleas or cockroaches.
