Detailed Reviews
Very comfortable, great amenities and service. Our room was just as it looked in the photos. It was spacious, well designed and very comfortable including the king size bed, the day bed, the japanese toilet with heated seat, shower and bath tub.
They have self-serve tea and coffee in the dining room (available all the time), free bottled water in the bedroom, a very generous and tasty breakfast (vegetarian) and serve afternoon tea every day at 5pm which includes a sandwich, some cake and fruit. On the day that they knew we were going to be out all day, they left the afternoon tea in our room.
To explore the local area, they have bicycles you can borrow, you can ask them to book you a taxi, or there is a free shuttle every hour or so. The bikes are great to go to the local seafood market and seafood restaurants. To explore the rest of Yilan, you will need a car. When exploring the local area, we really enjoyed the secret glass beach (but bring good shoes to climb down).
The staff are very helpful when you ask for help, and if the owner is there he will do everything to make you comfortable. On the last day, I asked for some plastic bags to take some cut fruit onto the bus/plane home and he gave me tupperware to take with me!

This hotel is a must while doing the Taiwan coast road trip or as a weekend getaway from Taipei. Definitely a gorgeous experience from the moment you arrive you will notice the class and style in the reception area. Once we made our way up to our 2nd floor room we were immediately awestruck with the panoramic views of the ocean and lush hillside. Be sure to request an ocean view side of this 360-degree circular-shaped hotel. Everything in the room was next level nice and modern. The spacious bathroom and bedroom felt like a dream and were perfect. Hard to not give this place a 5-star award for going above and beyond since their buffet breakfast was the icing on the cake.

Very overpriced hotel as there are so many of this kin in Taiwan recently. The owners take advantage of the fact that Taiwan residents cannot easily travel abroad and charge 5-star- hotel prices for bed and breakfast hotel equipment and service. The place is acceptable but nothing more and I wouldn’t go there again for this price. I hope those owners will have a hard time when borders are open again.

This is maybe a good hotel for Chinese/Taiwanese taste; if you are searching for a hotel of a good international standard, search for something else (sure, hard enough to find in Taiwan :-)).
The ‘hotel’ has actually no front desk or reception, but the guy who gives you the room key speaks no English at all, hence avoids any conversation to you as a guest.
The rooms are not small, but are not at all a suite size as the hotel advertised. Also, there are no facilities, no pool and not at all kids facilities (only if you accept the shabby mini golf court as such).
It is not entirely bad, breakfast is also quite good, but for the price I would expect much more.

We stayed here during low season of October.
Although price was not cheap (around $280 a night), their facility was equipped very well with amazing bed, bathtub...etc.
The view from the room was amazing oceanfront and can see sunrise very clearly from the room.
Breakfast was all handmade, spectacular taste (super healthy!). The owner of the hotel greets in morning, he was super kind to us giving advices on where’s good places to go see!
