位於新建好的透天，在蠟筆工廠附近，房間很乾淨、床也舒適，但位置偏僻出入需要開車才方便，無電梯，需扛行李，好停車，雖然房間的牆壁有點龜裂，但看得出來屋主用心維護民宿。

有附洗衣機讓旅客可以洗衣,
附近離觀光工廠及美食名店都不遠,
不過步行的話還是要花點時間!
