Stayed here several times, still feel "the bathroom layout and facility" quite weird. --Location: Great! --Service: Depend on if you are lucky, some staff are very helpful and friendly. --Bedding and towel quality is needed to be improved. Lovely and beautiful hotel, room was excellent, friendly staff, attentive staff. Had dinner at the bar, Ellen was bar tender. Nice job, Ellen. Check in was gracious, check out easy and handled very efficiently. Appreciate you very much. Thank you to the hotel, love staying there. See you again in February.

I have stayed in this hotel for a month during the last leg of my business trip in Taiwan and I am very satisfied with my stay. Firstly, I appreciate the help of Enzo in assisting me with my reservation. The reservation was done very smooth. And most importantly, I would like to commend the hospitality and friendliness of the front desk staff, specially Alicia and Nat. They are not just friendly, but they also go beyond what is expected from them. I know Alicia and Nat are smiling behind those face masks while serving guests. Both of them have the initiative to help the guests. And I believe these traits are very important to keep the guests happy. They make things light and easy for the guests specially during this pandemic situation. Kudos to that. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in my future trips in Taiwan.…

The service was attentive on this property. Whenever I walked out of the elevator I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm greeting. Naomi in particular she was the person who handles all of my requests. The gym was tiny but it had all the necessities in it. Definitely a tad crowded when two of the guests using mats at the same time. The prime photo spot at the hotel is its transparent pool, but It was closed during my stay. I didn’t get to try out the restaurants and room service, as I checked in too late on the night. The suite I got was spacious as per four points standard. It was a studio suite and both the living area and the bedroom had a TV. The only down side was the narrow windows, wished that I could have a better view of outside. I will definitely stay on the property again …

My first choice in Taoyuan!They have the best service and rooms in town.And the swimming pool is so adorable which looks like a Aquarium when you swim inside.The spa and gem is small but they got everything! The breakfast is normal but I love there interior design,you can enjoy the sunshine sprinkled on you and felt wonderful in the beginning of the day! 真的是桃園地區我最愛的飯店了，真的很高興林口福朋是我在台灣造訪的第一家萬豪，尤其當第一次造訪留下感想後，第二次入住居然馬上給予回饋，也讓人感覺他們的確很有心，尤其前台Timmy和另外一位很瘦的女生，非常努力記住貴賓的一切，真的有想做好每一件事情！ 另外樓上的聚味軒也是好吃到不行，尤其還能白金七折掛房賬搭配折價券使用（W 的yen 不行真的讓人失望），服務員雖然緊張可是應對都很好，很喜歡會著火的排骨跟每一份有蝦的料理，超級推薦所有來訪的人一定要前往用餐！ 哦對真的好喜歡林口福朋喜來登的室內香氛，期待下次再訪👍
