Checked around and decided to book this hotel for a night while in Taipei for some relaxation. Decided to go for the premier suite as it had twin hot spring tubs within the room. As majority of the hot springs are public, I preferred to just stay indoors for privacy. With the two tubs, you could have actually have one as a hot spring tub and one as a cold tub and just go in and out of each as you please. The room was amazing! Very spacious. Would of loved to stay there for a few more days but because I already was staying at another hotel It did not make sense to pay for both. The next time I come Taipei I will plan it better so I could enjoy more places instead of booking just one hotel. It’s located opposite the station and within walking distance to the food market and the public hot springs. Beitou is a place you need to visit for the hot springs if in Taipei.…
Though this is not a 5 Star hotel, most staff served with hearts and caring. The room is spacious and the spring water tub inside en-suite is wonderful. I enjoyed very much the free fitness classes. The subway station is 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Helpful staff, quiet environment, spacious room and ample in-house hotel activities (which include fitness, relaxation and stretching exercises that promotes wellness). I would like to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and great service, especially Eddie who addressed our queries about the Yilan earthquake on 8 August and took care of our luggages.
This is a warm quite place with great services for friends or family gathering place. Especially those French cuisine is so tasty. Besides, this 5 star hotel has a real amazing hot spring spa and swimming pool inside this building for a total relaxation. Will go there next time for sure. BTW, the liberty and park nearby is another very unique place to go to read or just walk around inside the park with so fresh air and peace of mind. Very unique place in Taipei city.
The hot spring hotel is just outside of the MRT station which is very easy access. And they also provide onsite covered free parking if you drive. The reception lobby is on sixth floor. The service was sweet, check in quick and also took guest to room and show all amenities. The room has deprecate toilet and bathing area which is nice. The mini bar in room is free included fruit, coffee, sports drink, bottle water and a special fresh herbal tea. The breakfast buffet is amazing, both order to cook food and buffet food. The salad can choose your own sauce and chef mix for you. The public hot spring area is nice. Also the in hotel activities is good . Nice and pleasant stay, will come back again.
The room is big and comfortable. Most importantly, each room comes with its own hot spring. A perfect place for even even just a staycation. Besides the nice room, the restaurant on the ground floor is delicious. They have some good choices for vegetarian too.
The hotel is very nice. Good and nice staff. The room is spacious and the in-room hot spring is extraordinary. The room includes free snacks like nuts and fruits and coffee, which is very rare in my experience. Gonna try the French restaurant inside the hotel tonight. Heard it’s good!
Pros: We had a comfortable stay in this modern hot spring hotel which offers natural hot spring water from the ensuite hot bath, yet near an MRT station and taxi to city centre costs under NTD500. Cons: The only con is the street noise, which is at odds with the supposedly tranquil interior. Note: Never wrote a review but feel obliged to contribute to TripAdvisor as I have benefitted much from the reviews of fellow travellers.
We walked in for afternoon tea. It was disappointing. They charge NTD520+10% per person which is fine if they provided good service. When I asked for a glass of water for my 3yrd daughter they charged me NTD50 for it. It's a GLASS of serving water not in bottle. If they asked me to buy a bottle I would probably consider that a fair price in hotel. And they charge NTD200 for a glass of juice. When we got served our meal, they served one and kept the other waiting for another 10 minutes. We came to have afternoon tea TOGETHER not to WATCH each other have tea. At the last, when they served two plates of dessert for one person, the waiter recommended us to start from profiterole which we followed. However when we finished the main plate and move on to the other small plate, we just realized it's savory food! What do you called DESSERT? I didn't argue for anything but very very disappointed and embarrassed when I introduced this to my British family for their first afternoon tea experience in Taiwan. Definitely I won't recommend it nor come back.…
This hotel is new one in this hot spring area. The overall experience is nice with traffic, accommodation, and service. The breakfast is simple but enough. The public area is enough to enjoy. Will recommend to be experienced here again.
