The pool and restaurant views were great. However, I couldnt help but notice how rood some of the pool attendants were to guests. Pool attendants need to learn how to speak more politely. During breakfast, the omlette cook served another person when clearly i ordered before the "bule". I assume they discriminate their service for "white" folks. There were ants...

We went to the pool early in the morning when everyone were having their breakfast. The view is AWESOME. After some photo taking, we went for the buffet breakfast, and again, the view and the sound of sea is AWESOME. We were watching the surfers to hit by the waves while having our breakfast. The room management, well, we ordered...

you stay here for the location and the pool but for no other reason. the rooms are average and service even more average. we were woken during the night by a terrible noise, i thought someone next door was banging on the wall or trying to break in but then realised it was an animal in the walls! we rang...

It's a shame, we've been here four times in a row but now it's like unbearable. The service have disappeared, nobody cares (unless 2 or 3 employes from the whole staff), the breakfast it's poor, the pool is crowded with no guest (day use ), no mentioning the public that come here every day to take picture and disturb your...

The blue point resort is an opportunity to have one if the mist amazing resorts in the world. Instead it's old , run down and in need of a massive renovation. As a landscape architect it is very disappointing and I am very shocked that the Japanese owner has let it degrade like it has over the years. He doesn't...

It was my big mistake, to book this Villa, without check the reviewers here. I was told that this place has a wonderful view and restaurant for sunset and a stunning view from the pool. I booked a superior room for 3 night (late September 2013), it was confirmed only for 2 days. But when I checked in, the receptionist...

Stayed at the resort in November 2012 for 4 days as we had been told it was amazing & a great way to escape the hustle & bustle of Kuta etc. We were taken to our room & the path was overgrown & looked like it hadn't been used in a while. We opened the door and the floor was...

Although I had an absolutely amazing time here at this resort, it is most definitely overpriced if you consider the service and maintenance of the property. The rooms and overall resort just appears a bit behind and rundown considering it is priced rather high. The layout of our Spa Villa was quite strange how you have to access upstairs from...

The hotel rooms are worn out and dirty. Walls are shabby with stains here and there and with paints peeling off. Door locks and some devices are out of order. Floors and desk tops are filled with dust and dead ants and other insects. After lodging a complaint, our room was upgraded to a villa. The condition and cleanliness was...
