The hotel enjoys an incredible location and fails to deliver much more than a breathtaking view. Everything about this hotel is run down and tired. Beware the ridiculous Friday night rave party which goes well after midnight and creates thumping noise so loud you will not sleep.

My partner and I were staying at a near by location. we made a reservation for dinner at bluepoint for valentines day, and after dealing with the staff on the front desk we decided we were not going to go back ever again. They were rude and judgmental. We wanted to have a lovely afternoon and book a massage package...

The view was amazing and I loved the pool but the rooms were HORRIBLE!! It was full of insects including giant and dangerous looking wasps plus the toilet did not even flush! We asked for someone to come and fix it, but he failed. My husband did a better job! The staff were friendly and the pool really was beautiful,...

I booked at Blue Point Bay with a certain amount of trepidation given the very mixes reviews on Trip Advisor, however there were enough raving reviews I took a punt. We arrived at 10pm a few days before new years eve after a pleasant journey from the airport in transport I booked with the hotel. It took about 30 minutes...

Amazing location and pool area, however absolutely disgusting, disgusting rooms. We wanted a nice place to stay on Christmas Eve, and having used the pool on trips before to bali, I only imagined that the rest of the hotels facilities would live up to my expectations, they claim to be a 4 star hotel, but yet they were more like...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found it to be dirty and overpriced. Our room was nothing like the pictures displayed on the Internet when booking. The pool is amazing but the restaurant and food are average.

Amazing location & really cool infinity pool but not good value for money as the rooms are outdated and feel old. Needs an upgrade to be charging the price they are asking. Other than that, great service, friendly staff, amazing locating and view from the pool and restaurant. Cool walking down the cliff to the white sand and clear water...

Our "upgrade" to a villa was horrible, the room was dirty and to get upstairs you needed to use the most dangerous stairs ever (wood, moldy, felt like they would break down every second) The room service was quite good, apart from the fact that they left our dishes outside our room for our entire stay and didnt clean them...
