An attractive resort but it lacks grandeur. Although located on a beach but there is no beach to walk about, good for surfers. The beach and the pool are difficult to access and requires stamina to climb lot of steps to return to the rooms. Rooms and villas are spacious but need renovation.

If you want away from the hustle and bustle and relax in a paradise come here! My wife, 8m old son and I stayed for 5 nights! It is very secluded (takes 15 minutes just to walk uphill to get to the main road), yet this is its charm! Completely different to Kuta and Seminyak vibe. View was absolutely amazing. Room was facing the ocean. Some monkeys might come and play around on the rooftop of the villa (in the morning and afternoon) searching for food or stuffs. Cleanliness should be improved as there’s dust at some very visible spots. The lift was not so covid-friendly as we have to touch it directly with our hand. Maybe use some automatic sensor? Breakfast was ok. We got a complimentary dinner for 2 as we stayed for 2 nights and free 30 mins photoshoot around the hotel area. Our photographer Brian was friendly and took great photos of us.

The room was nice - plenty of space. Pool area is also very nice. Staff were friendly. Special mention to Yuliana who spent extra time with to take photos and guide us around the hotel. The main downfall was the internet/phone connection - it's not ideal if planning to work or even use your phones much from the rooms. Something that could be improved.

Anantara Uluwatu is already a great destination by itself, and during my stay, the excellent service, warm smiles, and attention to detail made this trip absolutely heavenly!. There are so many resorts in Bali, however, it is the great people here that made Anantara Uluwatu so great My special thanks to Pak Fikri, Yuliana, Eka, Peca for making us feel so special. We enjoyed having Widi & Yulik from 360, Win from Botol Biru. And finally it was great to be served by Widi (Nyuman), Asti & Rami from the spa! Thank you for making this trip so special!

Amazing helpful, friendly staff. However the hotel requires rennovation. It does not appear to have been maintained very well recently. For the current price I would recomment to stay at a different hotel until they bring the hotel back in to its prior amazing state. I did not have the same feeling as I would leaving from visiting other Anantaras.

Absolute heaven. Stayed for seven nights and barely left. Perched cliff side with amazing views of the surf - look for turtles and the local dugong. Staff are wonderful - always smiling and happy to help. 360 Rooftop restaurant, Sono teppanyaki restaurant, poolside menu, Botox Biru bar and grill - we went to all. Delicious and accommodated our food intolerances. Day spa - wonderful. Elevator to the beach, only open during low tide. Explore the rock pools. Enjoy!

The way this resort was built in Uluwatu is just amazing. It sits on a hilltop overlooking a vast beautiful ocean. I've dined in 360 and Botol Biru, both restaurant offered very good food. Finally, I would like to thank Pak Wawan, the front desk manager went the extra mile to ensure everything was better than perfect. I wished I could personally thank you on the day I checked out, but unfortunately it was your off day. Will definitely revisit this resort in near future and whenever I am in Bali.

The view and the hotel was great but the hotel manager Wawan made our experience even better, making sure our stay was nothing less than perfect, from having the taxi ready to always accommodating our different asks. Hats off the friendly staff and in particular Wawan for making our stay wonderful!
