We all enjoyed our stay with Charles, Soledad & Tata. We were made to feel welcome and soon settled into Maule life, enjoying the llamas, wildlife and gentle ambience of Laguna Torca & Largo Vichuquen. Family fun for everyone!

This is a remarkable place. Beautiful peaceful environment made interesting by all the farms activities; the honey, olive oil making, llamas, woodland walks, the huerto and the garden. Very friendly people, great seaside eating places and of course the lakes and wildlife. Thank you Charles and Soldedad for a wonderful few days. Neil

We have discovered a wonderful place - Hacienda Laguna Torca! The accommodation choices are very interesting - the Laguna Lodge is a traditional chilean farm cottage with thick adobe walls, whereas the Cascada Lodge is a really modern structure, with lots of large windows and wooden fittings. Both are furnished and maintained to a high standard and are very clean...

Had an amazing trip! Charles and Solidad are the most amazing hosts ever. They make you feel like family, and are always available to offer any advice about the area. And so talented with their olive oil and honey production! We spent our time unwinding and taking in the beautiful scenery, while also riding horses, bird watching, playing with the...

We loved the time we spent in the lodge at Laguna Torca. There is lots to see and do but we only had a couple of nights there, also we went in April and the village and surrounding area were very quiet, which is nice if you just want a bit of peace and quiet. We just didn't spend enough...

Just back from 4 days at the Farm Lodge and our hosts, Charles and Soledad, are exceptional people. I loved everything - the view, the breakfasts, the peace and quiet, the lodge itself and the fact that the place is pet friendly - something unheard of in Chile. A place to reconnect with the family and with onself. In general,...

If you are looking for a get away that’s off the beaten trail, you’ve found it. It’s a quaint little escape in your own private home nestled into the hillside. The stars shine as bright as any mountain top view and the lush landscape pulls you out of bed in the morning. Well, that’s partially true, I was usually anxious...

First trip to Chile with the family..we stayed one week at Hacienda Laguna Torca..Charles and Soledad, our hosts, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Located in Central Valley of Chile, where wine, veggies and fruits are plentiful, we could not have found a more charming locale. The small negatives were far out weighted by the many...

Charles and Soledad have created a little piece of heaven 5 hours south of Santiago. With llamas and horses, as well as an expanding olive grove and beautiful walking trails, we found it hard to pull ourselves away. There is a small town and beach just a few minutes away, and access to the Chilean wine country for day trips....

The Hacienda and the entire area of Vichuquen was definitely worth the trip if you enjoy beautiful scenery, quiet country living and the traditions of the Hacienda lifestyle. Charles and Soledad are excellent hosts, very enjoyable people and we would love to stay with them again. The place has simple charms and is very comfortable and well equipped. We never...
